Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种四角水平仪，包括两个高精度凹槽平尺，每个凹槽平尺上凹槽内置方形水平仪；下上凹槽平尺共用一个回转中心，可重叠放置作为普通找正平尺。本实用新型结构简单，能直接快速的对设备进行安装调试，从而达到缩短工期，提高精度的效果。

本实用新型属工程测量技术领域，特别是涉及一种四角水平仪。
背景技术
单独就位的台板精找正，一般用一副长平尺和框式水平仪（两个）直接进行。它是以基础中心规定的位置拉钢线，测量时，将大平尺放置在台板上，并分别将大平尺及框式水平仪掉转180°，测量四次，依次找正一块台板、各台板之间的水平度。最后取其平均值。难以保证安装精度，又消耗安装时间。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种四角水平仪，以解决现有水平仪调整设备时需要依次测量的问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：提供一种四角水平仪，包括第一凹槽平尺，方形水平仪，圆形气泡水准仪，转轴，垫块和第二凹槽平尺，所述的第一凹槽平尺与第二凹槽平尺彼此交叉且于两者中点位置连接固定，第一凹槽平尺一侧上面的凹槽内、第二凹槽平尺一侧上面的凹槽内均固定有方形水平仪，第二凹槽平尺上面中点的位置还安装有圆形气泡水准仪。
所述的第一凹槽平尺与第二凹槽平尺通过转轴连接固定。
所述的第二凹槽平尺位于第一凹槽平尺上面。
所述的第二凹槽平尺两端下面可以垫放垫块，所述的垫块与第一凹槽平尺等高度。

本实用新型结构简单，大大方便了设备安装中四角找正的操作，提高工作效率。

实施例1
如图1～图2所示，一种四角水平仪，包括第一凹槽平尺1，方形水平仪2，圆形气泡水准仪3，转轴4，垫块5和第二凹槽平尺6，当人们需要测定四角水平的时候，首先四角水平仪展开，四个角放置在要找正的台板四个位置之间，然后再将第二凹槽平尺6两端下方垫放高精度的垫块5；观察中间圆形气泡水准仪3的气泡是否置中，若不置中，则观察偏差方向，同时观察2个凹槽平尺上的方形水平仪2读数，在台板底增加或减少高度直至调整到2个凹槽平尺上的方形水平仪2仪读数满足设备安装要求，此时圆形气泡水准仪3的气泡置中。同时，若要测量任意两点的水平偏差，可以将四角水平仪折叠，可作为普通平尺使用，测定两点的水平偏差。

1.一种四角水平仪，包括第一凹槽平尺（1），方形水平仪（2），圆形气泡水准仪（3），转轴（4），垫块（5）和第二凹槽平尺（6），其特征是：所述的第一凹槽平尺（1）与第二凹槽平尺（6）彼此交叉且于两者中点位置连接固定，第一凹槽平尺（1）一侧上面的凹槽内、第二凹槽平尺（6）一侧上面的凹槽内均固定有方形水平仪（2），第二凹槽平尺（6）上面中点的位置还安装有圆形气泡水准仪（3）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种四角水平仪，其特征是：所述的第一凹槽平尺（1）与第二凹槽平尺（6）通过转轴（4）连接固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种四角水平仪，其特征是：所述的第二凹槽平尺（6）位于第一凹槽平尺（1）上面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种四角水平仪，其特征是：所述的第二凹槽平尺（6）两端下面可以垫放垫块（5），所述的垫块（5）与第一凹槽平尺（1）等高度。
