背景技术:目前,陶瓷灯光源主要有两种,一种是白炽灯,另一种是节能灯,其缺点是:消耗电能大,光效低,显色指数低,污染,容易破碎,使用寿命短。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的是提供一个结构简单,发光效率高,显色指数高,绿色环保,节能,使用寿命长的LED发光装置。
本实用新型的技术方案:一种LED发光装置,其特征是:在壳体下端设螺管,壳体内腔上端设导光板通过压盖固定安装在壳体上,在壳体内腔下端设LED灯珠通过铝基板固定在壳体上;其中,在铝基板和壳体之间设导热硅。
由于采用上述技术方案,LED发光装置体积小,高度矮,发光角度大,光效好,且铝基板和外壳之间又设有导热硅,不但导热速度快,而且分布热量又均匀;因而具有结构简单,发光效率高,显色指数高,绿色环保,节能,使用寿命长的优点。

具体实施方式:参考附图,一种LED发光装置,在壳体1下端设螺管6,壳体1内腔上端设导光板2通过压盖7固定安装在壳体1上,在壳体1内腔下端设LED灯珠3通过铝基板4固定在壳体上;在铝基板4和壳体1之间设导热硅5。使用时,将LED发光装置装于陶瓷罩8内,导线一端与铝基板4相连,另一端穿过螺管6与电源电连接。

1.一种LED发光装置,其特征是:在壳体(1)下端设螺管(6),壳体(1)内腔上端设导光板(2)通过压盖(7)固定安装在壳体(1)上,在壳体(1)内腔下端设LED灯珠(3)通过铝基板(4)固定在壳体上。
2.按权利要求1所述的一种LED发光装置,其特征是:在铝基板(4)和壳体(1)之间设导热硅(5)。
