 本实用新型涉及一种组装器,尤其是一种钢筋栅体组装器。
背景技术
公知主要利用铁丝来固定二相邻钢筋栅体,但是铁丝的结构强度不甚强韧,加上钢筋栅体具有一定重量,尤其是由若干个钢栅所围制成的生态笼,当生态笼填入大量石头时,钢栅所承受力量大为增加,要再重新拆解相关结合构件,将更为困难,且势必得倚靠大量人力与时间进行,因而导致工程进度缓慢,效率不佳。
发明内容
 为了克服现有技术中的缺陷,本实用新型提供了一种钢筋栅体组装器,可快速施作及固定二邻接的钢筋栅体。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:本实用新型提供了一种钢筋栅体组装器,包括有一呈L型钩状的接合部与一呈L型钩状的容置部,接合部与容置部分别具有相连接的长边段与短边段,接合部的长边段垂直于容置部的长边段,且接合部的短边段朝向容置部的短边段,两个短边段间形成一开口,使钢筋栅体组装器形成C型状,两长边段间形成一容置区。
另外,接合部的短边段的外缘长度小于容置部的长边段的内缘长度,这样有利于钢筋栅体组装器扣持。
钢筋栅体组装器利用金属材质透过一体成型方式所制成。
本实用新型的有益效果是:组装简单,提高工作效率。

具体实施方式
   如图1所示,本实用新型提供了一种钢筋栅体组装器1,钢筋栅体组装器1利用金属材质透过一体成型方式所制成。钢筋栅体组装器1包括有一呈L型钩状的接合部2与一呈L型钩状的容置部3,接合部2与容置部3分别具有相连接的长边段4、5与短边段6、7,接合部2的长边段4垂直于容置部3的长边段5,且接合部2的短边段6朝向容置部3的短边段7,两个短边段6、7间形成一开口8,使钢筋栅体组装器1形成C型状,两长边段4、5间形成一容置区9。
另外,接合部2的短边段6的外缘长度小于容置部3的长边段5的内缘长度,这样有利于钢筋栅体组装器1扣持。
在使用时,主要以二个钢筋栅体组装器1、10搭配实施包覆钢筋11。如图2所示,令钢筋栅体组装器1旋转一水平角而与钢筋栅体组装器1相向,使钢筋栅体组装器1、10的接合部2、12,分别置于对应一方的容置部3、13内侧,使钢筋栅体组装器1接合部2的短边段6,贴抵至钢筋栅体组装器10容置部13的长边段14内缘,并借由钢筋栅体组装器10的长边段15与短边段16予以包覆抵固。同样地,钢筋栅体组装器10接合部12的短边段17借由钢筋栅体组装器1的长边段4与短边段7予以包覆抵固,并使两者相互牵制,达到夹固的效果。

1.一种钢筋栅体组装器,包括有一呈L型钩状的接合部与一呈L型钩状的容置部,其特征是:接合部与容置部分别具有相连接的长边段与短边段,接合部的长边段垂直于容置部的长边段,且接合部的短边段朝向容置部的短边段,两个短边段间形成一开口,使钢筋栅体组装器形成C型状,两长边段间形成一容置区。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢筋栅体组装器,其特征是:接合部的短边段的外缘长度小于容置部的长边段的内缘长度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的钢筋栅体组装器,其特征是:钢筋栅体组装器利用金属材质透过一体成型方式所制成。
