 本实用新型涉及一种组装器，尤其是一种钢筋栅体组装器。
背景技术
公知主要利用铁丝来固定二相邻钢筋栅体，但是铁丝的结构强度不甚强韧，加上钢筋栅体具有一定重量，尤其是由若干个钢栅所围制成的生态笼，当生态笼填入大量石头时，钢栅所承受力量大为增加，要再重新拆解相关结合构件，将更为困难，且势必得倚靠大量人力与时间进行，因而导致工程进度缓慢，效率不佳。
发明内容
 为了克服现有技术中的缺陷，本实用新型提供了一种钢筋栅体组装器，可快速施作及固定二邻接的钢筋栅体。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：本实用新型提供了一种钢筋栅体组装器，包括有一呈L型钩状的接合部与一呈L型钩状的容置部，接合部与容置部分别具有相连接的长边段与短边段，接合部的长边段垂直于容置部的长边段，且接合部的短边段朝向容置部的短边段，两个短边段间形成一开口，使钢筋栅体组装器形成C型状，两长边段间形成一容置区。
另外，接合部的短边段的外缘长度小于容置部的长边段的内缘长度，这样有利于钢筋栅体组装器扣持。
钢筋栅体组装器利用金属材质透过一体成型方式所制成。
本实用新型的有益效果是:组装简单，提高工作效率。

具体实施方式
   如图1所示，本实用新型提供了一种钢筋栅体组装器1，钢筋栅体组装器1利用金属材质透过一体成型方式所制成。钢筋栅体组装器1包括有一呈L型钩状的接合部2与一呈L型钩状的容置部3，接合部2与容置部3分别具有相连接的长边段4、5与短边段6、7，接合部2的长边段4垂直于容置部3的长边段5，且接合部2的短边段6朝向容置部3的短边段7，两个短边段6、7间形成一开口8，使钢筋栅体组装器1形成C型状，两长边段4、5间形成一容置区9。
另外，接合部2的短边段6的外缘长度小于容置部3的长边段5的内缘长度，这样有利于钢筋栅体组装器1扣持。
在使用时，主要以二个钢筋栅体组装器1、10搭配实施包覆钢筋11。如图2所示，令钢筋栅体组装器1旋转一水平角而与钢筋栅体组装器1相向，使钢筋栅体组装器1、10的接合部2、12，分别置于对应一方的容置部3、13内侧，使钢筋栅体组装器1接合部2的短边段6，贴抵至钢筋栅体组装器10容置部13的长边段14内缘，并借由钢筋栅体组装器10的长边段15与短边段16予以包覆抵固。同样地，钢筋栅体组装器10接合部12的短边段17借由钢筋栅体组装器1的长边段4与短边段7予以包覆抵固，并使两者相互牵制，达到夹固的效果。

Claims (3)

1.一种钢筋栅体组装器，包括有一呈L型钩状的接合部与一呈L型钩状的容置部，其特征是：接合部与容置部分别具有相连接的长边段与短边段，接合部的长边段垂直于容置部的长边段，且接合部的短边段朝向容置部的短边段，两个短边段间形成一开口，使钢筋栅体组装器形成C型状，两长边段间形成一容置区。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢筋栅体组装器，其特征是：接合部的短边段的外缘长度小于容置部的长边段的内缘长度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的钢筋栅体组装器，其特征是：钢筋栅体组装器利用金属材质透过一体成型方式所制成。
