本实用新型公开了一种节能建筑楼,其包括地面,设置在地面上的楼房,设置在地面上的水池,设置在水池中的发电机,设置在水池下部的蓄水池,设置在楼房顶端的收集容器及设置在收集容器前端的出水口,所述地面内部设有蓄电池,所述楼房外侧还设有隔热板,所述发电机与蓄电池相连,所述水池设置在出水口正下方;雨天时分,楼顶收集容器将雨水收集,通过出水口将雨水排向地面,由于重力作用带动发电机运转,发电机发电,其电能通过蓄电池储存,用于整栋楼的备用电源,既利用雨水发电,又合理将雨水收集便于后期的使用,节省了电能,也节约了水资源,且在楼房外侧设置隔热板后,减少了室内空气与外界的流通,节省了电能。

背景技术
随着我国经济社会的不断发展,居民用电量大幅度增加,且水资源浪费严重,而居民毫无此方面的意识,且一般楼房外侧无设置隔热板,导致室内冷气或热气散失过快,浪费了电能。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种利用雨水发电、且能将雨水储存,进行二次利用的节能建筑楼房。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种节能建筑楼,包括地面,及设置在地面上的楼房,及设置在地面上的水池,及设置在水池中的发电机,及设置在水池下部的蓄水池,及设置在楼房顶端的收集容器,及设置在收集容器前端的出水口,所述地面内部设有蓄电池,所述楼房外侧还设有隔热板,所述发电机与蓄电池相连,所述水池设置在出水口正下方。
作为优选,所述隔热板包括上层、下层和中间层。
作为优选,所述中间层为真空层,可有效隔绝室内与室外的温度,利于节能。
作为优选,所述楼房一侧设有太阳能集热板,通过太阳能集热板对楼房内的水进行加热,节省了电能。
作为优选,所述蓄水池上设置有放水阀,通过此阀将收集的雨水进行二次利用。
本实用新型的有益效果是:雨天时分,楼顶收集容器将雨水收集,通过出水口将雨水排向地面,由于重力作用带动发电机运转,发电机发电,其电能通过蓄电池储存,用于整栋楼的备用电源,既利用雨水发电,又合理将雨水收集便于后期的使用,节省了电能,也节约了水资源,且在楼房外侧设置隔热板后,减少了室内空气与外界的流通,节省了电能。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,本节能建筑楼,包括地面9,及设置在地面9上的楼房1,及设置在地面9上的水池8,及设置在水池8中的发电机5,及设置在水池8下部的蓄水池7,及设置在楼房1顶端的收集容器2,及设置在收集容器2前端的出水口3,所述地面9内部设有蓄电池6,所述楼房1外侧还设有隔热板4,所述发电机5与蓄电池6相连,所述水池8设置在出水口3正下方;雨天时分,楼顶收集容器2将雨水收集,通过出水口3将雨水排向地面,由于重力作用带动发电机5运转,发电机5发电,其电能通过蓄电池6储存,用于整栋楼的备用电源,既利用雨水发电,又合理将雨水收集便于后期的使用。
其中,所述隔热板4包括上层11、下层13和中间层12,所述中间层12为真空层,可有效隔绝室内与室外的温度,利于节能,所述楼房1一侧设有太阳能集热板10,通过太阳能集热板10对楼房1内的水进行加热,节省了电能,所述蓄水池7上设置有放水阀14,通过放水阀14将收集的雨水进行二次利用。

1.一种节能建筑楼,其特征在于:包括地面(9),及设置在地面(9)上的楼房(1),及设置在地面(9)上的水池(8),及设置在水池(8)中的发电机(5),及设置在水池(8)下部的蓄水池(7),及设置在楼房(1)顶端的收集容器(2),及设置在收集容器(2)前端的出水口(3),所述地面(9)内部设有蓄电池(6),所述楼房(1)外侧还设有隔热板(4),所述发电机(5)与蓄电池(6)相连,所述水池(8)设置在出水口(3)正下方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节能建筑楼,其特征在于:所述隔热板(4)包括上层(11)、下层(13)和中间层(12)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的节能建筑楼,其特征在于:所述中间层(12)为真空层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的节能建筑楼,其特征在于:所述楼房(1)一侧设有太阳能集热板(10)。
