本实用新型涉及一种微纹理逆向上光印版结构,尤其涉及该印版结构的网点特征。 
背景技术
逆向上光是包装盒上光工艺中的一种。主要是靠底油和面油两种光油间的表面张力差异,造成面油出现磨砂状效果。但是由于受到印刷时底油的厚度容易出现波动。往往造成磨砂状效果的不稳定。 
发明内容
本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是提供了一种微纹理逆向上光印版结构,旨在解决上述的问题。 
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的: 
本实用新型包括:铝制印版A,在所述的铝制印版A上有亲油层B,亲油层B由均匀分布的方形亲油网点组成,方形网点对角相接,边长为0.21mm。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:采用这种印版印刷底油时候,亲油网点上的底油集中成小微粒状,即使印刷时候,底油厚度有波动,依然能保持磨砂状的颗粒感,使得逆向上光的效果保持稳定。

由图1可见:本实用新型包括:铝制印版A,在所述的铝制印版A上有亲油层B;亲油层B由均匀分布的方形亲油网点组成,方形网点对角相接,边长为0.21mm。 
本实用新型是通过这种印版将底油集中在各个亲油网点上,形成小微粒,在底油印刷发生厚度波动时,依然保有这些微小颗粒,从而保持了逆向上光的颗粒状效果的稳定。
