本实用新型涉及一种缝纫机，尤其涉及一种保证缝合出来的面料表面平整的缝纫机。
背景技术
缝纫机一般由机头、机座、传动和附件四部分组成，其中压脚属于机头中的辅助机构，压脚的作用是把布料压紧在送布牙上，以便缝纫时使布料移动，压脚是缝纫机的送料机构中一个必不可少的零部件，各种不同形式的缝纫机在生产过程中起着非常重要的作用，如用于缉明线、隐形拉链专用缝纫机，打褶缝纫机等等，在不同的车缝作业中选用不同的缝纫机非常重要。但是缝纫机在缝合一些毛线衣物的时候存在着一些缺点，由于毛线衣服的表面不光滑，在加工的时候非常不方便，缝合的线路都是靠人工来进行观察并进行加工的，这样加工出来的面料表面缝合的不平整，且操作工人的劳动强度大，生产效率低下，生产成本也高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种能保证缝合出的面料表面平整的缝纫机。  
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种缝纫机，包括机架、包含有缝针和压脚在内的多个部件的缝纫机机头以及控制机头进行缝合的传动机构；所述压脚包括压脚板和固定在压脚板上的压杆；所述压脚板上开有平行的左针槽和右针槽；所述右针槽下方设有凸起的定位片。
由于上述技术方案的运用，本实用新型与现有技术相比具有下列优点：
本实用新型方案的一种缝纫机，由于在缝纫机压脚板的右针槽下方设有一块定位块，当缝纫机开始工作时，缝纫机中的压脚可以通过定位片卡在毛线衣中的凹槽中，这样缝纫机在工作时能很好的保证缝合时的路线，从而提高了缝合后面料的平整度，适用于规模化的应用。

如附图1-4所示的本实用新型所述的一种缝纫机，包括机架1、包含有缝针9和压脚2在内的多个部件的缝纫机机头3以及控制机头进行缝合的传动机构（图中未示出）；所述压脚2包括压脚板4和固定在压脚板4上的压杆5；所述压脚板上开有平行的左针槽6和右针槽7；所述右针槽7下方设有凸起的定位片8。
本实用新型的缝纫机，由于在缝纫机压脚板的右针槽下方设有一块定位块，当缝纫机开始工作时，缝纫机中的压脚可以通过定位片卡在毛线衣中的凹槽中，这样缝纫机在工作时能很好的保证缝合时的路线，从而提高了缝合后面料的平整度，适用于规模化的应用。
