Abstract

铝电解电解质覆盖料自动给料车主要应用于预焙铝电解槽生产中阳极碳块上部电解质覆盖料的加料覆盖作业工作,本实用新型利用载重汽车,设计改制作了一种电解质覆盖料给料车。该车构造的特点是:制作安装上两个梯形氟化盐覆盖料料仓,安装在载重汽车底盘上,在覆盖料料仓的下料口端,设置上震荡给料器,震荡给料器的出口处,设置上翻转给料口。采用本实用新型所设计的电解质覆盖料给料车,在电解铝厂进行阳极碳块入槽前,进行添加覆盖料保温层作业,可以减轻了劳动强度,提高了劳动效率,节约了生产成本,增加经济效益,降低粉尘污染。

技术领域:电解质覆盖料 给料车主要应用于预焙铝电解槽生产中,阳极碳块上部电解质覆盖料的加料覆盖作业工作
背景技术:预焙铝电解槽阳极导电装置的阳极碳块在入槽前,需要往阳极碳块上部添加由电解质粉粒料组成的覆盖料,以求对阳极碳块进行保温。
当前,对阳极碳块上部入槽前的保温作业方式是,先用阳极托盘将阳极碳块运至电解厂房,再把电解质覆盖料用翻斗车运至电解车间,倾倒于地面上,在阳极碳块上安置挡料边框后,再用人工一铲一铲的将覆盖料装入到阳极碳块上部的挡料边框内,完成阳极碳块入槽前的上部覆盖料保温作业。现通常采取的上述添加覆盖料作业方式具有以下缺点:
(1)用翻斗车将电解质颗粒粉状覆盖料到电解铝车间,倾倒于地上,扬尘较大,污染环境。
(2)人工用铁锹一铲一铲的把覆盖料装入到阳极碳块上部的挡料边框内的作业方式、不仅工作效率低,工人的劳动强度大,而且,电解质氟化盐粉尘污染颗粒物有害于工人健康。
为此电解铝行业的工程技术人员,都力图寻求一种新的作业方式,消除现有往阳极碳块上添加覆盖料作业方式所带来的危害与缺陷。
发明内容:为克服现有往阳极碳块上添加覆盖料作业方式所带来的危害与缺陷,本实用新型利用载重汽车,设计改制作了一种电解质覆盖料 给料车。
电解质覆盖料给料车的构造特点是:制作安装上两个梯形氟化盐覆盖料料仓,安装在载重汽车底盘上,在覆盖料料仓的下料口端,设置上震荡给料器,在震荡给料器的出口处设置上翻转给料口。
采用本实用新型所设计的电解质覆盖料给料车,在电解铝厂进行阳极碳块如槽前的添加覆盖料保温层作业,可以减轻了劳动强度,提高了劳动效率,节约了生产成本,降低粉尘污染。

其图中所示:1载重汽车、2覆盖料料仓、3震荡给料器、4翻转给料口、5铰接轴销、6阳极托盘、7阳极碳块、8阳极导电装置、9挡料边框、10覆盖料。
具体实施方式:首先测量载重汽车(1)底盘的尺寸,根据其载重量和容积,采用钢板设计制作出2个覆盖料料仓(2),安装在载重汽车(1)底盘上,在覆盖料料仓(2)的下料口端,设置上震荡给料器(3),在震荡给料器(3)的出料口处,设置上翻转给料口(4),就完成了用载重汽车(1)、覆盖料料仓(2)以及震荡给料器(3)改制成的电解质覆盖料给料车,如附图1、图2所示。
在进行添加覆盖料作业时,首先,用阳极托盘(6)将组装好阳极碳块(7),运至指定位置。在阳极碳块(7)的上部安装上覆盖料挡料边框(9)。将装有质覆盖料(10)的电解质给料车,行至停靠到装有阳极碳块的阳极托盘(6)附近,打开电解质给料车的翻转给料口(4),并对准阳极碳块(7)的上部安装上覆盖料挡料边框(9),启动震荡给料器(3),将料仓(2)中的电解质覆盖料(10),均匀散布在阳极碳块上部安装的覆盖料挡料边框(9)中即可。如附图1所示。

1.电解质覆盖料给料车由载重汽车、覆盖料料仓和震荡给料器构造而成,其特征是:制作安装上两个梯形氟化盐覆盖料料仓,安装在载重汽车底盘上,在覆盖料料仓的下料口端,设置上震荡给料器,震荡给料器的出口处,设置上翻转给料口。
