目前食品净化装置存在系统效率不高,电极涂层不够环保、抗腐蚀性强度不够高、性价比不够高等问题。

一种电极为不锈钢和钌铱涂层钛板的水触媒食品净化系统,其特征在于:包括清洗水槽、水泵、电解水触媒水生成器、超声波系统;所述电解水触媒生成器、清洗水槽和水泵都设置有进水口和出水口,电解水触媒生成器、清洗水槽和水泵通过管道连接成闭合循环回路;所述清洗水槽内设置有超声波系统、电解水触媒生成器;电解水触媒生成器由电解槽、阴极、阳极组成;
阴极材料为不锈钢;
阳极为钌、铱涂层钛板;
超声波系统由超声波发生器、超声波换能器组成;超声波发生器通过信号线连接超声波振板,所述超声波振板一面安装超声波换能器并密封; 超声波的频率为:20-65.7KHz,声强为:0.1-2.6W/cm2。
本实用新型具有系统效率高、电极涂层比较环保、抗腐蚀性强度高、性价比高的优点。
水触媒以水为原料,通过高能粒子簇射轰击水分子,生成大量水触媒净化功能团,快速杀灭各种致病微生物(细菌、病毒、寄生虫等),高效降解农药、激素、抗生素等化学残留,并可迅速还原为水,超声波系统协同水触媒进行高效净化。
