本实用新型涉及一种变电设备,具体涉及一种非晶合金变压器外壳。
背景技术
非晶合金变压器是采用非晶合金铁芯的变压器,比硅钢片变压器的空载损耗降低80%左右,空载电流降低85%,是目前节能效果较理想的配电变压器,特别适用于农村电网等配变利用率较低的地区。为了使用户体验到非晶合金变压器免维护的优势,现有的非晶合金配电变压器多采用全密封结构,但目前非晶合金变压器外壳采用的是与硅钢片变压器通用的外壳,观察窗太小,不能全方位观察变压器运行。而且底脚外露也不利于外部的清洁维护。
实用新型内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本实用新型提供一种便于观察和维护的非晶合金变压器外壳。
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供的非晶合金变压器外壳包括呈矩形的柜体,所述柜体的顶部和底部设有散热孔,所述柜体的中部设有对开的柜门,所述柜门上设有矩形观察窗,所述观察窗从柜门的上缘延伸到柜门中央的把手处,所述柜门两侧的柜体上安装有仪表板。
作为优选,所述柜体底部具有底脚,所述底脚的外侧安装有可拆卸的盖板。
有益效果:本实用新型通过在柜门上设置长条形观察窗的结构,可全方位观察变压器运行,增加了安全因素,通过在柜体底部设置封板的结构解决了底脚外露的问题,使得外壳的清洁维护更加方便,而且便于变压器移动安装,即封住底脚,又可拆卸。

实施例:本实施例的非晶合金变压器外壳包括呈矩形的柜体,柜体的顶部和底部设有散热孔3,柜体的中部设有对开的柜门1,柜门1上设有矩形观察窗2,观察窗2从柜门1的上缘延伸到柜门1中央的把手处,柜门1两侧的柜体上安装有仪表板4,柜体底部具有底脚,底脚的外侧安装有可拆卸的盖板5。
使用时,非晶合金变压器安装于柜体内,通过柜门1的矩形观察窗2可以全方位透视柜体内非晶合金变压器的运行,增加了安全因素。在柜体的底脚与底面固定后,再将可拆卸的盖板5安装到底脚的外侧,彻底解决了底脚外露的问题。

2.根据权利要求1所述的非晶合金变压器外壳,其特征在于:所述柜体底部具有底脚,所述底脚的外侧安装有可拆卸的盖板。
