本实用新型涉及一种双槽弹扁对称度测量工具。 
背景技术
双槽弹扁试样通常用游标卡尺进行测量,游标卡尺测量面与被测量试样不能垂直接触,需用卡尺一侧尺尖定好测量位置,再推动尺框,使卡尺另一侧量面接触到测量试样。使卡尺另一侧量面接触到测量试样。测量难度大,且测量时间长。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种双槽弹扁对称度测量工具,能解决双槽弹扁对称度测量难度大,测量时间长的问题。 
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,一种双槽弹扁对称度测量工具,包括钢板尺,钢板尺的两端尺面上分别设置着一个豁口,豁口分别位于钢板尺中心线的两侧,豁口的形状与双槽弹扁试样上两侧的被测量部形状相匹配。 
即在钢板尺上切出孔型的“T”型面,并以孔型设计尺寸计算出的弹扁豁口中心线与边部的允许尺寸,在钢板尺上切出内圆弧。测量时将“T”型面放在被测弹扁的豁口内,弹扁边部卡进钢板尺的内弧面,同样另外一边也能卡进弧面内,则此块试样的对称度符合标准规定。 
本实用新型测量工具的“T”型面与弹扁凹槽紧密接触,不再计算对称度数值,达到测量快速、准确,便于测量的目的,提高检测效率。

具体实施方式
一种双槽弹扁对称度测量工具,如图1所示,包括钢板尺2,钢板尺2的两端尺面上分别设置着一个豁口1、3,豁口1、3分别位于钢板尺中心线的两侧,豁口的形状与双槽弹扁试样上两侧的被测量部4形状相匹配。 
首先双槽试样的宽度要符合标准,再将测量工具的允许最大间距卡入双槽弹扁的一侧凹槽内,可放入再卡入另一侧凹槽;如果测量工具内圆弧距试样其中一侧外圆弧有间隙,再使用测量工具的允许最小间距进行测量,能卡进次双槽弹扁对称度已超出标准,为不合格品。

1.一种双槽弹扁对称度测量工具,包括钢板尺,其特征是:钢板尺的两端尺面上分别设置着一个豁口,豁口分别位于钢板尺中心线的两侧,豁口的形状与双槽弹扁试样上两侧的被测量部形状相匹配。
