技术背景
在现有传动轴十字轴中间呈圆柱形，圆柱形四周设有四个向外凸起的轴体，轴体连接万向节，这样结构的十字轴，在使用时，存在容易断裂，维修复杂，且万向节容易脱离的缺点。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述缺点，提供一种结构简单，使用方便，维修快捷，十字轴不易断裂，万向节不易脱落的带紧固装置的传动轴十字轴。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：一种带紧固装置的传动轴十字轴，包括轴体，其特征在于：所述的轴体中间设有连接件，所述的连接件四周设有连接轴，所述连接轴上设有进行固定万向节的紧固装置。
所述的紧固装置由垫圈和紧固件组成，所述的垫圈为圆形橡胶体，所述的紧固件设有与连接轴配合的安装孔，所述的紧固件下部设有带齿的防滑件。
在使用时，将万向节安装在连接轴上，再将紧固装置安装在万向节和连接轴之间，将万向节与连接轴固定，进行传动。
本实用新型的有益效果是：这样结构的带紧固装置的传动轴十字轴具有结构简单，使用方便，维修快捷，十字轴不易断裂，万向节不易脱落的优点。

如图1所示，一种带紧固装置的传动轴十字轴，包括轴体1，其特征在于：所述的轴体1中间设有连接件2，所述的连接件2四周设有连接轴3，所述连接轴3上设有进行固定万向节的紧固装置4。
所述的紧固装置4由垫圈5和紧固件6组成，所述的垫圈5为圆形橡胶体，所述的紧固件6设有与连接轴3配合的安装孔7，所述的紧固件6下部设有带齿的防滑件8，
在使用时，万向节安装在连接轴3上，将紧固装置4安装在万向节和连接轴3之间，将万向节与连接轴3固定，进行传动。
这样结构的带紧固装置的传动轴十字轴具有结构简单，使用方便，维修快捷，十字轴不易断裂，万向节不易脱落的优点。
