背景技术
众所周知，当今人们为使室内空间宽敞避免有压迫感，都较喜欢有较大跨度的室内空间，因此，建物于室内中空楼地板结构乃渐渐被普遍使用，由于习用品其中空楼地板使用的介质都以保丽龙球，然此种结构而言，在噪音，热能及震动的隔绝效果上都不理想，不仅易燃且不环保。

为了克服上述缺点，本实用新型提供了一种可隔音隔震的建材，该建材包括：塑胶层，作为建材之基底层，形成球状的实心体，橡胶层，可为不规则块或粉或粒状体，该橡胶层可借由设在塑胶层上方或内部，并使该塑胶层的至少一个表面形成粗糙面，本实用新型可将建材达到隔音、隔热、隔震动及减重效果，同时进行废弃物回收利用，减少废轮胎、废塑胶的污染，符合环保节能、进步、实用与使用者的所需。

3.根据权利要求1所述的可隔音隔震的建材，其特征在于:所述的塑胶层的材料选自PET（聚乙烯对苯二甲酸酯）、PE（聚乙烯）、PP（聚丙烯）及PS（聚苯乙烯）之中的一组材料。
