Abstract
本实用新型的目的是提供一种生物养殖水循环净化的工艺和装置。生物养殖水循环净化装置是以天水体自然净化原理为基础,建立水生生态自我净污能力系统,采用生化过滤技术控制水质变化,经净化后的水可循环利用,节约水资源、减少污染。该装置能够使养殖水经过沉淀过滤、生物、微生物分解、吸附,在生物养殖系统中循环使用,循环净化处理完全达到系统全封闭、废水零排放、环保、节能新标准。

[0001] 本实用新型涉及一种循环水净化装置,主要用于生物养殖水体的净化和循环利用。
背景技术
[0002] 当前我国水产养殖产量虽然不断攀升,但是以大量消耗资源、牺牲环境利益为代价,水体污染严重,因水质恶化导致的经济损失和环境污染非常严重。目前,我国渔业水处理设施技术水平低,设备简陋,大多数只停留在简单沉淀-过滤-气浮-消毒阶段,没有高效生化处理设施,不能实现循环水养殖。生物养殖水循环净化装置是减少农业水质污染的一种技术手段,实现水产养殖业走向健康、安全、高效、环保可持续发展的重要途径。本循环水净化装置通过以水体自然净化原理为基础,建立水生生态自我净污能力系统,采用生化过滤技术控制水质变化,使养殖污水经处理后循环使用,减少养殖过程中的污水排放,实现绿色生态养殖。
发明内容
[0003] 本实用新型的目的是提供一种循环水净化装置。水循环净化装置是以天水体自然净化原理为基础,采用生化过滤技术控制水质变化,经净化后的水可循环利用,节约水资源、减少污染。该装置能够使养殖水经过沉淀过滤、生物、微生物分解、吸附,在生物养殖系统中循环使用,循环净化处理完全达到系统全封闭、废水零排放、环保、节能新标准。
[0004] 本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该装置包括环型水池12、循环水泵4、生化过滤器7,循环水泵4位于环形水池12外侧,经循环水泵进水管2与环形水池12连接,生化过滤器7位于环形水池上部;出水口 I位于环型水池下部,经循环水泵进水管2与循环水泵4连接,空气管3与循环水泵进水管2相通,循环水出水口 5位于布水盘6上,生化过滤器7位于布水盘6下,生化过滤器出水口 8位于生化过滤器7下部四周,环型水池12内中下部承托架11上为生化棉10,生化棉10上覆盖砂滤层9。循环水泵利用负压作用从空气管3吸入气体,使气体与液体充分溶解。

[0006] 本实用新型生化过滤器7下部四周分布生化过滤器出水口 8,生化过滤器出水口 8都向同一方向出水。该装置以循环水泵为动力,将环型水池底部养殖水抽出,同时通过空气管使气液快速混合从循环水出水口流到布水盘,均匀经过生化过滤器生物过滤,从生化过滤器下部四周出水口向同一方向流出,使环型水池中产生同向环流,养殖水经环型水池内的砂滤层和生化棉生化过滤后又再次循环。
[0007] 本实用新型以模拟天然生态自然净化原理为基础,采用生化技术主动控制水环境质量,能够使养殖水经过沉淀过滤、生物、微生物分解、吸附后达到生物养殖水质标准,在养殖系统中循环使用。附图说明

[0012] 在图1中,生物养殖水循环净化装置,以循环水泵4为动力,将环型水池12底部养殖水由出水口 I抽出,同时通过与循环水泵进水管2相通的空气管3使气液快速混合从循环水泵出水口 5流到布水盘6,均匀经过生化过滤器7生物过滤,从生化过滤器7下部四周生化过滤器出水口 8向同一方向流出,使坏型水池12中产生同向环流,养殖水经环型水池12内承托架11上的砂滤层9和生化棉10生化过滤后又再次循环。砂滤层7为石英砂,生化过滤器7下部四周分布生化过滤器出水口 8,生化过滤器出水口 8都向同一方向出水。
[0013] 采用生物养殖水循环净化装置模拟水产养殖循环水主要污染物的净化效果进行了研究,结果表明:在循环水PH为7.1-8.5,温度为21-32°C,溶解氧为0.5-1.0mg/L时,水产养殖循环水的化学需氧量、氨氮、和总氮的平均去除率分别为93.6%、91.6%和70.1%,达到水产养殖用水水质标准。

1.一种循环水净化装置,其特征是该装置包括环型水池(12)、循环水泵(4)、生化过滤器(7),循环水泵(4)位于环形水池(12)外侧,经循环水泵进水管(2)与环形水池(12)连接,生化过滤器(7)位于环形水池上部;出水口(I)位于坏型水池下部,经循环水泵进水管(2)与循环水泵(4)连接,空气管(3)与循环水泵进水管(2)相通,循环水出水口(5)位于布水盘(6)上,生化过滤器(7)位于布水盘(6)下,生化过滤器出水口(8)位于生化过滤器(7)下部四周,环型水池(12)内中下部承托架(11)上为生化棉(10),生化棉(10)上覆盖砂滤层(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征是砂滤层为石英砂、沸石或火山岩。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征是生化过滤器(7)下部四周分布生化过滤器出水口(8),生化过滤器出水口(8)都向同一方向出水。
