本实用新型公开了一种磁性自发光杯套,由杯套、磁条和蓄能发光体构成。杯套由外壁、内壁、填充口和封塞组成。将磁条嵌入杯套外环,根据磁铁异性相吸的原理将杯套吸在一起,这样就可以一次性拿多个杯子,节约了时间。蓄能发光体通过填充口填充到杯套外壁与内壁之间,填充完毕后用封塞塞住填充口即可。蓄能发光体当有光照时吸收能量,没光照时自动发光,节能环保。

本实用新型涉及一种磁性自发光杯套。 
技术背景
目前人们用于照明的装置很多,如:电灯、汽灯、手电等等,这些照明装置必须消耗一定的电能来实现照明,一旦失去电,就无法达到照明的目的。 
另外,背景技术中用于较暗光源和背景光源的场所很多,如:大排档、酒吧、KTV等,这些地方采用灯具消光的办法,使照明亮度降低,造成了能源浪费。另外这些场所需求量高,但双手每次只能拿少量杯子,浪费时间
发明内容
针对上述的缺点,本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是提供一种磁性自发光杯套。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种磁性自发光杯套,由杯套、磁条和蓄能发光体构成,其特征是,杯套由外壁、内壁、填充口和封塞组成,在外壁与内壁之间设有蓄能发光体,在外壁上设置填充口,在填充口上设置封塞。将杯套套在杯子上,将磁条嵌入杯套外环,根据磁铁异性相吸的原理将杯套吸在一起。蓄能发光体通过填充口填充到杯套外壁与内壁之间,杯套外壁采用透光材料,填充完毕后用封塞塞住填充口即可。蓄能发光体当有光照时吸收能量,没光照时自动发光。 
本实用新型的蓄能发光体材料的制备技术为公知技术。 
本实用新型的有益效果是,据磁铁异性相吸的原理将杯套吸在一起,这样就可以一次性拿多个杯子,节约了时间。蓄能发光体在没有光照的时候能自行发光,节约了能源。

具体实施方式
    一种磁性自发光杯套,由杯套(图1(1))、磁条(图2(4))和蓄能发光体(图2(5))构成。杯套由外壁(图2(2))、内壁(图2(3))、填充口(图2(6))和封塞(图2(7))组成。杯套外壁采用透光材质。 
   将杯套套在杯子上,将磁条嵌入杯套外环,根据磁铁异性相吸的原理将杯套吸在一起,这样就可以一次性拿多个杯子,节约了时间。 
    蓄能发光体通过填充口填充到杯套外壁与内壁之间,填充完毕后用封塞塞住填充口即可。蓄能发光体当有光照时吸收能量,没光照时自动发光,节能环保。

1.一种磁性自发光杯套,由杯套、磁条和蓄能发光体构成,其特征是,杯套由外壁、内壁、填充口和封塞组成,在外壁与内壁之间设有蓄能发光体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磁性自发光杯套,其特征是:在外壁上设置填充口,在填充口上设置封塞。同时将磁条嵌入杯套外壁。
3.根据权利要求1所述的磁性自发光杯套,其特征是:杯套外壁采用透光材质。
