为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：一种不易脱落的动物耳标，包括相互配合的主标和辅标，主标包括主标标面、沿主标标面垂直设置的耳标颈及圆锥状的耳标头，辅标包括辅标标面，所述辅标标面上设有由硬质材质制成的耳标座，耳标座沿辅标标面垂直设置，耳标座上设有与耳标头相配合的耳标槽，耳标槽的横截面为正多边形结构。 
进一步的，所述耳标槽的横截面为正六边形结构。 
进一步的，所述耳标座为由聚氨酯制成的耳标座。 
综上所述，本实用新型具有以下优点：本实用新型的辅标设置有 硬质结构的耳标座，且横截面为正多边形，可大大提高主标和辅标的配合度，长时间使用亦不会主标与辅标脱离的现象。
