Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种用于具有三遥数据采集功能的馈线自动化终端,包括单片机、遥信单元、交流量采集单元以及遥控单元,所述交流量采集单元包括PT、CT以及A/D转换器,PT、CT通过A/D转换器连接单片机的输入端;所述遥信单元通过数据锁存器和译码器连接单片机的输入端,单片机输出端通过信号隔离处理电路与遥控单元的输入端连接。本实用新型实现了馈线线路运行三遥数据采集、故障的快速处理以及多通道的数据上传功能,FTU中采用了MSP430单片机,同时采用了信号隔离处理电路兼容了RS485/232串口、以太网、GPRS/CDMA接口,可靠性高、处理能力强、功耗低、整机体积小,有明显的经济效益。

技术领域
本实用新型属于配电设备领域,尤其是一种用于具有三遥数据采集功能的馈线自动化终端。
背景技术
随着馈线自动化技术水平的提高,FTU测控终端在馈线自动化系统中的应用也越来越普遍,而人们对FTU产品的要求也越来越高,不仅要求其实现对馈线的监测控制、故障分析识别以及完成数据的多通道上传主站功能,并且还要求低成本、高可靠性。
目前,市面上的FTU测控终端存在的不足之处主要在于:核心单元中的A/D转换器的采样通道共用一个采样保持器,工作效率低且成本高,另外外壳、线路等设计不合理,导致体积较大、现场安装困难、接线复杂、应用不方便、投资较大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种高效率、高可靠性的用于具有三遥数据采集功能的馈线自动化终端。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种用于具有三遥数据采集功能的馈线自动化终端,包括单片机、遥信单元、交流量采集单元以及遥控单元,所述交流量采集单元包括PT、CT以及A/D转换器,PT、CT通过A/D转换器连接单片机的输入端;所述遥信单元通过数据锁存器和译码器连接单片机的输入端,单片机输出端通过信号隔离处理电路与遥控单元的输入端连接。
而且,所述单片机采用MSP430芯片。
而且,所述A/D转换器采用AD7606芯片。
而且,所述信号隔离处理电路的输出端设置有通讯接口,包括RS485/232串口、以太网和GPRS/CDMA接口。
而且,所述单片机还通过实时时钟电路与电源管理模块、硬件看门狗模块相连。
而且,所述单片机通过总线与FLASH存储器及光电隔离单元相连。
本实用新型的优点和积极效果是:
本实用新型实现了馈线线路运行三遥数据采集、故障的快速处理以及多通道的数据上传功能,FTU中采用了MSP430单片机,同时采用了信号隔离处理电路兼容了RS485/232串口、以太网、GPRS/CDMA接口,可靠性高、处理能力强、功耗低、整机体积小,有明显的经济效益。

一种用于具有三遥数据采集功能的馈线自动化终端,包括单片机、遥信单元、交流量采集单元以及遥控单元,所述交流量采集单元包括PT、CT以及A/D转换器,PT、CT通过A/D转换器连接单片机的输入端,交流量采集电路采用电压和电流互感器对馈线上的交流电压和电流进行隔离,并将隔离后的信号转换为小信号供A/D转换器采样。
所述遥信单元通过数据锁存器和译码器连接单片机的输入端,单片机输出端通过信号隔离处理电路与遥控单元的输入端连接,该信号隔离处理电路的输出端设置有通讯接口,包括RS485/232串口、以太网和GPRS/CDMA接口,由此兼容常用的电气标准。
上述的A/D转换器采用AD7606芯片,该芯片具有8通道、同步采样特性,可提高采样效率。
所述遥信单元包括继电器,用于断路器跳合闸等重要出口、以及报警出口,实现对开入量的采集和监视、开出继电器的驱动和管理,其开关量由单片机协调管理。
所述单片机采用MSP430芯片,可在一个周期内并行完成取指令、读数据和写数据。
所述单片机还通过实时时钟电路与电源管理模块、硬件看门狗模块相连。
所述单片机通过总线与FLASH存储器及光电隔离单元相连。

1.一种用于具有三遥数据采集功能的馈线自动化终端,其特征在于:包括单片机、遥信单元、交流量采集单元以及遥控单元,所述交流量采集单元包括PT、CT以及A/D转换器,PT、CT通过A/D转换器连接单片机的输入端;所述遥信单元通过数据锁存器和译码器连接单片机的输入端,单片机输出端通过信号隔离处理电路与遥控单元的输入端连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于具有三遥数据采集功能的馈线自动化终端,其特征在于:所述单片机采用MSP430芯片。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于具有三遥数据采集功能的馈线自动化终端,其特征在于:所述A/D转换器采用AD7606芯片。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于具有三遥数据采集功能的馈线自动化终端,其特征在于:所述信号隔离处理电路的输出端设置有通讯接口,包括RS485/232串口、以太网和GPRS/CDMA接口。
