本实用新型涉及燃气电磁阀,具体是指一种电磁阀调节装置。
背景技术
天然气在管道输送时,使用电磁阀来控制天然气的输送,普通电磁阀的开启和关闭都是快速开启和快速关闭的,或虽有防冲击慢开的装置,但不具有末端缓冲速度可调和末端缓冲行程可调的功能,无法满足使用的要求。

本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:本实用新型的一种电磁阀调节装置,它包括油缸体,在油缸体上有油腔和回油腔,油腔内有装有活塞和回复弹簧的中轴,油腔和回油腔之间有回流孔,其特征在于回油腔内有调速旋钮,上述调速旋钮对应于回流孔的旋转表面有由浅至深的调速回油槽,回油槽最深处有通向回油腔的通孔,油缸体上有一个空行程调节旋钮,上述空行程调节旋钮的表面有螺旋状的行程泄油槽。
本实用新型的电磁阀调节装置,由于回油腔内有调速旋钮,上述调速旋钮对应于回流孔的旋转表面有由浅至深的调速回油槽,可调整缓冲速度;腔体上有一个空行程调节旋钮,上述空行程调节旋钮的表面有螺旋状的行程泄油槽,可旋转改变末端行程。因此,本实用新型具有末端缓冲速度可调和末端缓冲行程可调的功能的特点。

如图1、图2和图3所示,本实用新型的一种电磁阀调节装置,它包括油缸体1,在油缸体1上有油腔5和回油腔2,油腔5内有装有活塞8和回复弹簧6的中轴7,油腔5和回油腔2之间有回流孔4,其特征在于回油腔2内有调速旋钮3,上述调速旋钮3对应于回流孔4的旋转表面有由浅至深的调速回油槽31,回油槽31最深处有通向回油腔2的通孔32,油缸体1上有一个空行程调节旋钮9,上述空行程调节旋钮9的表面有螺旋状的行程泄油槽91。
