背景技术
密炼机在提炼橡胶时需将原料从投入口投入密炼室中，由于密炼机原料入料口较高，以往的投料都需要工作人员将货物抬到高处或由工人手臂提升到原料入口再投入密炼室，增加了工作人员的劳动量，且效率低。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种密炼机原料提升装置，减轻工作量，提高投料效率。 
本实用新型的技术方案在于：一种密炼机原料提升装置，包括密炼机投料口，所述密炼机投料口下方设有一个送料升降台，所述送料升降台两侧部由设置在密炼机投料口旁侧的提升机构驱动升降。 
进一步的，所述提升机构为气缸，所述气缸尾部连接在密炼机顶部，气缸前部与密炼机投料口旁侧的面板相连接，所述气缸的活塞杆与送料升降台相连接。 
进一步的，所述密炼机投料口旁侧还设置有气缸控制装置，所述气缸控制装置上的管路与气缸相连接。 
与现有技术相比较，本实用新型具有以下优点：结构简单紧凑，操作方便，减轻工作人员工作量，提高投料效率。

为了驱动升降台运动，所述提升机构为气缸3，所述气缸尾部4连接在密炼机顶部5，气缸前部6与密炼机投料口1旁侧的面板7相连接，所述气缸的活塞杆8与送料升降台2相连接。 
为了控制气缸的运动，所述密炼机投料口1旁侧还设置有气缸控制装置9，所述气缸控制装置9上的管路10与气缸3相连接。 
在本实用新型一较佳实施例中，气缸还可以改用液压缸等驱动机构。

1.一种密炼机原料提升装置，包括密炼机投料口（1），其特征在于：密炼机投料口（1）下方设有一个送料升降台（2），所述送料升降台（2）两侧部由设置在密炼机投料口（1）旁侧的提升机构驱动升降。
2.根据权利要求1所述密炼机原料提升装置，其特征在于：所述提升机构为气缸（3），所述气缸尾部（4）连接在密炼机顶部（5），气缸前部（6）与密炼机投料口（1）旁侧的面板（7）相连接，所述气缸的活塞杆（8）与送料升降台（2）相连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述密炼机原料提升装置，其特征在于：所述密炼机投料口（1）旁侧还设置有气缸控制装置（9），所述气缸控制装置（9）上的管路（10）与气缸（3）相连接。
