本实用新型涉及一种壳模干燥架，由四支纵向支撑杆(1)及方形横向托架(2)组成，方形横向托架(2)固定于纵向支撑杆(1)上呈水平排列，纵向支撑杆(1)位于方形横向托架(2)两端横杆的四角，所述的方形横向托架(2)上还组合有壳模杯口支架(3)，且壳模杯口支架(3)位于横向托架(2)的两侧。通过本实用新型可以实现在有限的空间，成倍提高壳模干燥速度，又能使工件的中心点向上放置，壳模含水率均匀，且干燥架移动时工件稳定性好。

本实用新型涉及一种快速干燥壳模的工具，属于精密铸造行业。
背景技术
现有技术中，制作壳模的过程需将制好的壳模放置于干燥架上干燥，传统的干燥架通常置于室内，其受风面不均匀，且传统干燥架的放置方式为壳模向下悬挂，这样的放置方式干燥时间长，易造成壳模不易干燥且含水率不均，含水率差异在20%~40%之间。并且，这种向下悬挂的放置方式，使壳模的重心不稳定，移动时壳模左右摇晃从而可能损坏工件。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种干燥速度快、使壳模含水率均匀、移动时工件稳定性好的壳模干燥架。
本实用新型的技术方案为：一种壳模干燥架，包括纵向支撑杆及方形横向托架，方形横向托架固定于纵向支撑杆上，呈水平排列，纵向支撑杆位于方形横向托架的四角，所述方形横向托架上还装有壳模杯口支架，所述壳模杯口支架位于横向托架的两侧。 
 本实用新型进一步的技术方案是，所述的纵向支撑杆底部安装有移动滚轮。
 本实用新型所述的干燥架的构件简单、安装方便、移动轻便，方形横向托架上的壳模杯口支架使工件可以向上放置，更加利于通风干燥，使壳模含水率均匀。

如图1所示，一种壳模干燥架，包括纵向支撑杆1及方形横向托架2，方形横向托架2固定于纵向支撑杆1上，呈水平排列，纵向支撑杆1位于方形横向托架2的四角，所述方形横向托架2上还装有壳模杯口支架3，所述壳模杯口支架3位于方形横向托架2的两侧，所述的纵向支撑杆1底部安装有移动滚轮4。
