本实用新型涉及农业机械技术领域，尤其是一种玉米联合收获机用通用行距玉米割台。
背景技术
玉米联合收获机是一种常用的农业机械，能够一次性完成玉米作物的摘穗、输送、剥皮、装箱、秸秆粉碎还田的全部作业过程。玉米联合收获机的前端设有4行玉米割台，4行玉米割台包括五个并排间隔设置的分禾板，相邻分禾板间形成供玉米禾秆通过的进禾通道。玉米联合收获机工作时首先要使用玉米割台将玉米秆割断，为此就需要使相邻的4行玉米进入玉米割台的四个进禾通道内。现有的玉米割台只适应收割行距在580毫米左右的玉米秆，行距过大或过小时玉米秆难以顺畅进入玉米割台的进禾通道内（一行玉米秆进入一个进禾通道）。在我国，根据玉米种植地域、气候的不同以及种植习惯的不同，玉米行距各有不同，但基本都在400－650毫米之间。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能够不同行距的玉米秆的通用行距玉米割台。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的通用行距玉米割台包括五组以上并排间隔设置的分禾板，相邻分禾板间形成进禾通道，所述各分禾板的前端设有进口部分，进口部分的分禾板呈前窄后宽的结构，使各进禾通道的端呈喇叭口状。
所述分禾板均匀间隔设有五组，由左至右分别是第一至第五分禾板，并在相邻分禾板间形成四组进禾通道，由左至右分别是第一至第四进禾通道；第一分禾板前端与第五分禾板前端的距离为1950±10毫米；第二分禾板前端与第四分禾板前端的距离为1200毫米±10毫米。
本实用新型结构简单，使用方便，能够收割不同行距的玉米，大大增强了玉米割台的适应性，尤其是能够同时收割四行行距在400－650毫米之间的玉米。

如图1所示，本实用新型的通用行距玉米割台包括五组以上并排间隔设置的分禾板，相邻分禾板间形成进禾通道，所述各分禾板的前端设有进口部分，进口部分的分禾板呈前窄后宽的结构，使各进禾通道的前端呈喇叭口状。
具体地，所述分禾板均匀间隔设有五组，由左至右分别是第一至第五分禾板1、2、3、4、5，并在相邻分禾板间形成四组进禾通道，由左至右分别是第一至第四进禾通道6、7、8、9。
第一分禾板1前端与第五分禾板5前端的距离L1为1950±10毫米，优选1950毫米；第二分禾板2前端与第四分禾板4前端的距离L2为1200毫米±10毫米，优选1200毫米。
本实用新型适于收割行距在400－650毫米的玉米。工作时，将第一至第四进禾通道6、7、8、9分别对准一排玉米禾秆，然后启动玉米联合收获机，在玉米联合收获机的前进过程中同时收割四行玉米。
本实施例的具体结构在保证能够收割行距在400－650毫米的玉米秆的同时，保证了通用行距玉米割台具有最为紧凑的结构。
当玉米秆的行距为下限值400时，第一行玉米秆在第一进禾通道6内紧邻第二分禾板2的前端左侧（即第一进禾通道6喇叭口状前端的右侧边缘）进入第一进禾通道6，第二行玉米秆和第三行玉米秆分别在第二进禾通道7和第三进禾通道8前端喇叭口状前端的中部进入第二、第三进禾通道7、8；第四行玉米秆则紧邻第四分禾板4的前端右侧进入第四进禾通道4。
当玉米的行距为上限值650时，第一行玉米秆在第一进禾通道6内紧邻第一分禾板1的前端右侧进入第一进禾通道6，第二行玉米秆和第三行玉米秆分别在第二进禾通道7和第三进禾通道8前端喇叭口状前端的中部进入第二、第三进禾通道7、8；第四行玉米秆则紧邻第五分禾板5的前端左侧进入第四进禾通道4。
总之，本实用新型能够收割不同行距的玉米，大大增强了玉米割台的适应性，尤其是能够同时收割四行行距在400－650毫米之间的玉米。

2.根据权利要求1所述的通用行距玉米割台，其特征在于：所述分禾板均匀间隔设有五组，由左至右分别是第一至第五分禾板，并在相邻分禾板间形成四组进禾通道，由左至右分别是第一至第四进禾通道；
第一分禾板前端与第五分禾板前端的距离为1950±10毫米；第二分禾板前端与第四分禾板前端的距离为1200毫米±10毫米。
