现有的四行玉米高低辊割台由五组间隔设置的分禾板组成，分禾板上设有中空的套轴，套轴上装有7齿链轮，7齿链轮上绕设有拨禾链。这种结构的不足之处在于中空的套轴不容易安装牢靠，需要增加一套辅助定位的装置。另外，套轴与7齿链轮之间也需要一些辅助结构才能稳定地工作。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构更为简单并更为牢固的四行玉米高低辊割台。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的四行玉米高低辊割台包括五组并排间隔连接在安装架上的分禾板，其特征在于：分禾板上设有四个以上实心固定轴，各固定轴分别通过轴承安装有7齿链轮，各7齿链轮上绕设有拨禾链。
所述拨禾链上间隔设有拨禾板。
所述五组分禾板中，中间的三组分禾板的结构相同并称为中间分禾板，最右侧的分禾板为右分禾板，最左侧的分禾板为左分禾板，在所述安装架上与所述三个中间分禾板和所述右分禾板一一相对应设有四个主动链轮；在中间分禾板的右侧设有四个7齿链轮，在中间分禾板的左侧设有三个7齿链轮，右侧的四个7齿链轮上绕设有右拨禾链；安装架上与该中间分禾板相应的一个主动链轮以及该分禾板左侧的三个7齿链轮上绕设有左拨禾链；右分禾板的左侧设有三个7齿链轮，该三个7齿链轮以及安装架上相应的主动链轮上绕设有左拨禾链；左分禾板的右侧设有四个7齿链轮，该四个7齿链轮上绕设有右拨禾链。  
本实用新型结构简单，便于制造和使用。实心固定轴相比以往中空套轴更加容易安装且安装得更为牢固，使高低辊割台具有更长的使用寿命。分禾板与7齿链轮的具体设置便于加工制作，能够牢固地支撑拨禾链。拨禾板的设置则能够更加稳定、顺畅地拨动玉米秆。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型的四行玉米高低辊割台包括五组并排间隔连接在安装架13上的分禾板，分禾板包括一个左分禾板11、三个中间分禾板2和一个右分禾板10。
每个分禾板上分别设有四个以上实心固定轴1，每一固定轴1分别通过轴承3安装有一个7齿链轮4，各7齿链轮4上绕设有拨禾链，拨禾链包括左拨禾链8和右拨禾链9。所述左、右拨禾链8、9上皆间隔设有拨禾板6。每一组固定轴1、轴承3和7齿链轮4组成一组链轮结构12。
所述五组分禾板中，中间的三组分禾板的结构相同并称为中间分禾板2，最右侧的分禾板为右分禾板10，最左侧的分禾板为左分禾板11，在所述安装架13上与所述三个中间分禾板2和所述右分禾板10一一相对应设有四个主动链轮7，各主动链轮7的轴分别通过传动机构与玉米联合收获机的动力装置传动连接。
在中间分禾板2的右侧设有四个7齿链轮4，在中间分禾板2的左侧设有三个7齿链轮4，右侧的四个7齿链轮4上绕设有所述右拨禾链9；安装架13上与该中间分禾板2相应的一个主动链轮7以及该分禾板左侧的三个7齿链轮4上绕设有所述左拨禾链8。
右分禾板10的左侧设有三个7齿链轮4，该三个7齿链轮4以及安装架13上相应的主动链轮7上绕设有左拨禾链8。
左分禾板11的右侧设有四个7齿链轮4，该四个7齿链轮4上绕设有右拨禾链9。
工作时，在主动链轮7的带动下，所述各左拨禾链8和各右拨禾链9同时转动，完成拨禾工作。由于实心固定轴1相比以往中空套轴更加容易安装（焊接面积更大）且安装得更为牢固，因此本实用新型具有更长的使用寿命。拨禾板6的设置则能够在工作中更加稳定、顺畅地拨动玉米秆。
