背景技术：
目前，多层及高层楼房的厨房、卫生间等房间内都需要有通风管道联通到房顶的室外，用以排出厨房、卫生间等室内污浊空气，同时还需要排水管道联通地下排水管道。已有技术中，通风管道及排水管道是分离的，使用白色PVC圆管居多，圆形管道不能与墙角完全贴合，在多层及高层楼房中，多家共用同一个通风管道。这种通风管道及排水管道占用室内较大空间，并需要用户在装修过程中分别包覆，裸露在外时，颜色单一，十分不美观，在其他用户进行排风操作时，无法屏蔽其他用户排出的污浊空气进入室内。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种用户实时控制自家通风管口开启的一种楼房用可控通风管道。
本实用新型由如下技术方案实施：一种楼房用可控通风管道，其由方形管道主体基件上下密封拼接组成，在每个所述管道主体基件的腔体内设有两个上下连通的独立腔体，分别为两个通风管道，在所述通风管道的管道主体外壁上设有可控式百叶窗。
所述管道主体基件采用彩色ASA或彩色PMMA等高分子材料制成。
在所述管道主体基件的外壁上设有彩色木纹膜涂层。

实施例1：如图1和图2所示，一种楼房用可控通风管道，其由方形管道主体基件1上下密封拼接组成，管道主体基件1采用彩色ASA或彩色PMMA等高分子材料制成；在管道主体基件1的腔体内设有两个上下连通的独立腔体，分别为两个通风管道2，在通风管道2的管道主体基件1外壁上设有可控式百叶窗3。
实施例2：如图3和图4所示，一种楼房用可控通风管道，其由方形管道主体基件1上下密封拼接组成，在管道主体基件1的外壁上设有彩色木纹膜涂层4；在管道主体基件1的腔体内设有两个上下连通的独立腔体，分别为两个通风管道2，在通风管道2的管道主体基件1外壁上设有可控式百叶窗3。
使用方法：两个通风管道2分别在奇数楼层和偶数楼层上设有可控式百叶窗3实现奇数楼层与偶数楼层分别通风的功能。
