一种数控刀柄刀具拆卸锁刀座,主要由左定位块、右定位块和折弯板组成,折弯板为L形,左定位块和右定位块通过弹垫和螺钉固定在折弯板上,折弯板的竖直面上设置若干锁刀座安装孔,折弯板的顶面上设置刀柄锥柄放置孔,刀柄锥柄放置孔位于左定位块和右定位块之间。
上述刀柄锥柄放置孔直径与刀柄锥柄部分最大直径相同,以便于锥柄插入。
上述左定位块和右定位块之间的间距与刀柄铣扁后的宽度相同,以便于卡住刀柄。
与现有工艺相比,本实用新型结构简单,易于加工,加工周期短,易于组装同时加工成本低廉。
