技术领域
本实用新型属于光学技术领域,涉及一种防摄像机冰冻玻璃镜片。该镜片适用于冰冻环境下覆盖在摄像机镜头前防止镜头遭遇冰冻。
背景技术
目前,随着视频监控技术的应用越来越广泛,摄像机的应用环境也呈现越来越复杂的趋势,对摄像机的性能也提出了更为严峻的挑战。就是说,摄像机不仅要具有防水防尘的功能,还要具有耐高温的功能。除此之外,安装于野外的摄像机还要具有防冰冻的功能。然而对目前安装于野外的摄像机来说,冬季的低温高湿环境极易给摄像机的防水玻璃覆冰,一旦摄像机的防水玻璃覆冰,摄像机立即丧失监控能力,其拍摄的图片瞬间变得模糊不清。所以,当前迫切需要研制出一种即使在冰冻环境下,摄像机玻璃镜片面临覆冰威胁时,也能清楚地拍摄图片,从而丝毫不影响视频监控效果的玻璃镜片。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术的缺陷,提供一种防摄像机冰冻玻璃镜片。该镜片可以克服目前安装于野外的高速球形摄像机在镜片遭遇覆冰变得模糊时难以清楚地拍摄图片的困难,使其在冰冻环境下仍然能够清楚地拍摄图片,仍然能够胜任视频监控。
本实用新型的技术方案是,所述防摄像机冰冻玻璃镜片,参见附图1,它如图1所示,包括二片层叠的玻璃镜片1。其技术特点在于,所述二片层叠的玻璃镜片1之间,还夹持有一条电阻丝2。该电阻丝2沿所述玻璃镜片1的周边布置在该二片层叠的玻璃镜片1之间,该电阻丝2两端端头伸出该二片层叠的玻璃镜片1之外。所述二片层叠的玻璃镜片1的大小与执行视频监控任务的摄像机镜片的大小匹配。
本实用新型的工作原理是:由此构成的防摄像机冰冻玻璃镜片使用时,将其替换正在执行视频监控任务的摄像机的镜片,并将伸出玻璃镜片1的电阻丝2的两端接入摄像机的电源,由该摄像机的电源开关来控制电阻丝2的电源供应。这样,该电阻丝2成为摄像机的加热元件。当换作摄像机镜片的玻璃镜片1表面覆冰时,通过摄像机的电源开关启动电阻丝2,电阻丝2发热,热量通过布置在玻璃镜片1周边的电阻丝2均匀地传递给透明玻璃片1,由此一来,获得热量的玻璃镜片1即可利用热量融化其表面的覆冰,达到防止镜头冰冻的效果,同时使得正在执行视频监控任务的摄像机即使遭遇覆冰,亦能够在冰冻环境下照常清楚地拍摄图片,继续执行视频监控的任务。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
1)、解决了摄像机在镜片表面覆冰导致镜头模糊时不能清楚拍摄图片的难题;
2)、解决了摄像机在冰冻环境下不能继续使用的问题;
3)、扩大了摄像机的应用环境范围。

具体实施方式:
参见附图1,图1所示为本实用新型防摄像机冰冻玻璃镜片一个具体的实施例。该实施例中的玻璃镜片1采用中国深圳恒发光学制品有限公司生产的HGB-TP-2M型透明玻璃镜片,镜片边缘有用于安装电阻丝的方形槽。此玻璃镜片厚2mm,透光率高,耐高温;电阻丝2采用中国湖南省汇粹电力科技有限公司生产的HCDL-R-05D12-20型电阻丝,输入电压为12~24V直流,直流电阻为20~30欧姆,电阻丝表面涂有一层绝缘材料。上述玻璃镜片1和电阻丝2之间,按上述技术方案并参照图1所示连接安装。即二片玻璃镜片1相向层叠粘贴,二者之间夹持电阻丝2。二片层叠的玻璃镜片1的大小与执行视频监控任务的摄像机镜片的大小匹配。所述电阻丝2沿所述玻璃镜片1的周边布置在该二片层叠的玻璃镜片1之间,即崁入两片玻璃镜片1的方形槽内。电阻丝2两端端头伸出该二片层叠的玻璃镜片1之外,使用时可接入摄像机内部电源控制端。由以上构成的本实用新型防摄像机冰冻玻璃镜片的该实施例,经试制试用被证明效果良好,完全达到设计要求。

1.一种防摄像机冰冻玻璃镜片,它包括二片层叠的玻璃镜片(1),其特征在于,所述二片层叠的玻璃镜片(1)之间,还夹持有一条电阻丝(2),该电阻丝(2)沿所述玻璃镜片(1)的周边布置在该二片层叠的玻璃镜片(1)之间,该电阻丝(2)两端端头伸出该二片层叠的玻璃镜片(1)之外,所述二片层叠的玻璃镜片(1)的大小与执行视频监控任务的摄像机镜片的大小匹配。
