本实用新型涉及一种疏浚吹填辅助设备。
背景技术
现有挖泥船吸泥胶管普遍采用天然橡胶作内层胶，由于疏浚土质由淤泥类、细粉砂向中粗砂过渡，同时挖深越来越深。传统的吸泥胶管内层胶磨损严重，使用寿命明显缩短，很难适应当前施工要求。施工中经常因吸泥胶管损坏而影响挖泥效率，造成生产效率降低，生产成本加大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种弹性体复合吸泥短管，以解决现有技术易磨损，易气蚀，使用寿命短，特别是疏浚中粗砂时，经常因吸泥胶管损坏而影响挖泥效率，造成生产效率降低，生产成本加大等问题。
本实用新型主要由吸泥胶管、帘布层、扎紧钢丝、胶管外层、钢环、法兰钢短套组成，解决其问题所采用的技术方案是，在吸泥胶管帘布层内表面设置一中间层，中间层为帆布层，在中间层内表面设置复合层，复合层为聚氨酯材料或聚脲材料。
本实用新型由于省掉了现有吸泥胶管的内层胶，而增加了中间层和复合层，抗磨损性能明显提高，耐磨损及耐气蚀，使用寿命为原有产品的3~5倍。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1所示：将现有的吸泥胶管的内层胶省掉，根据复合层1的厚度，将内径尺寸适当放大，在吸泥胶管2的帘布层4内表面设置中间层3，中间层为帆布层，在中间层3的内表面设置复合层1，复合层1为聚氨酯材料，复合后的内径尺寸与现有吸泥胶管内径相同。帘布层4、扎紧钢丝5、胶管外层6、钢环7、法兰钢短套8与现有技术相同。
实施例2
复合层为聚脲材料，其他与实施例1相同。

1.一种吸泥短管，主要由吸泥胶管、帘布层、扎紧钢丝、胶管外层、钢环、法兰钢短套组成，其特征在于，在吸泥胶管帘布层内表面设置一中间层，中间层为帆布层，在中间层内表面设置复合层，复合层为聚氨酯材料或聚脲材料。
