在电力电容防爆盖制作的过程中，铆钉用于焊接绝缘端子和接线插片，当发生意外要起爆时，电力电容防爆盖会撕开与铆钉、绝缘端子和插片分开，现有技术中的铆钉的端部均为圆滑的，这样的铆钉在起爆时，很容易与防暴盖撕开，不能起到延长起爆时间的作用，且在使用过程中，铜箔容易脱落。
