本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种保温隔热复合铝板，从上而下依次包括第一铝板层、蜂窝板层和第二铝板层，第一铝板层和蜂窝板层之间、蜂窝板层和第二铝板层之间设有黏胶层，蜂窝板层中间设有聚氨酯层。
进一步地，蜂窝板层内设有用于加固的网状钢丝结构。
本实用新型的有益效果是：保温隔热效果好，同时也能保证铝板的工程强度。
