技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种内外袋粘连的双层果袋生产设备的涂胶装置。
背景技术
水果套袋是用于套在苹果等水果上的袋子，用于在其生长期保护表皮，隔绝农药及空气污染，遮光，使成熟水果表面光洁、色泽鲜艳，目前水果套袋一般由纸制和PE(塑料薄膜)两种材料制成，有袋状和网状。其中纸袋由于透气性良好，获得了更多的应用。
目前的纸袋一般是采用双层结构，内袋为红色蜡纸袋，外袋为带黑色隔光层的原纸袋。现在在生产中，是将内袋基材在传送线上传送，然后切割分片，在之后的传送中将切割好的外袋基材逐一覆盖在内袋基材上，然后送入压制成袋，两袋连接处在袋口位置。这种情况下，只能将内袋与外袋在袋口位置连接，由于内袋是蜡纸材质，生产出的该结构套袋内外袋主体之间是分离的，在实际应用的时候容易使得内袋难以撑开，或在使用水果套袋器作业时只能吸开外带，内袋和外带由于未粘连而导致内袋无法张开，且容易造成外袋脱落。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺点，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种内外袋粘连的双层果袋生产设备的涂胶装置，通过在内袋用纸的外侧点胶，使得在成纸机构施压过程中能够粘贴于外袋内侧，这样生产出的套袋内外结合较为紧密，不容易脱落，且可与套袋器配套，大幅度提高了套袋作业的生产效率。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种内外袋粘连的双层果袋生产设备的涂胶装置，包括用于盛放液态胶的胶斗1，在胶斗1上设置有涂布轮2，涂布轮2的上方有传送内袋基材的传送机构，涂布轮2的底端浸于胶斗1中的液态胶内，涂布轮2的顶端接触传送中的内袋基材表面。
所述涂布轮2接有步进电机，由步进电机控制其提升高度，进而控制涂布轮2顶端与内袋基材表面进行点接触或者线接触。
所述涂布轮2为单轮结构，或者为多个轮并排构成的多轮结构。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型在套袋生产中加入涂胶机构，在内袋基材表面点胶，使得在成袋机构中切割压制造出的套袋能够内外袋紧密结合，生产出的套袋既能够很容易撑开内袋，又能够防止外袋脱落。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例详细说明本实用新型的实施方式。
如图1所示，一种内外袋粘连的双层果袋生产设备的涂胶装置，设置于切割机构之前，主要是针对切割前的内袋基材进行涂胶。装置包括用于盛放液态胶的胶斗1，在胶斗1上设置有涂布轮2，涂布轮2的上方有传送内袋基材的传送机构，传送机构采用水平式传送方式，在涂布轮2后方，用一个转向传送轴3将涂胶之后的内袋基材转向，使得涂胶面位于上方，便于与外袋基材粘接。涂布轮2的底端浸于胶斗1中的液态胶内，涂布轮2的顶端接触传送中的内袋基材表面，涂布轮2接有步进电机，由步进电机控制其提升高度。
基于以上结构，本实用新型的工作过程是：
在胶斗1中加入液态胶，切割前的内袋基材在涂布轮2上方水平传送，涂布轮2同步旋转，同时接通步进电机，步进电机通过提升机构控制涂布轮2的提升高度。涂布轮2旋转时，底端蘸取液态胶，顶端向内袋基材上涂胶。涂布轮2可以为单轮结构，也可以为多个轮并排构成的多轮结构，在步进电机的辅助下使得涂布轮2顶端与内袋基材表面进行点接触或者线接触。从而获取不同的涂胶效果。
涂胶后的内袋基材在转向传送轴3的作用下继续传送至切割机构，此时涂胶面已经被转至朝上方向。切割后将外袋基材覆盖在内袋基材涂胶一面上，然后在成袋机构中压制成袋。

1.一种内外袋粘连的双层果袋生产设备的涂胶装置，包括用于盛放液态胶的胶斗(1)，其特征在于，在胶斗(1)上设置有涂布轮(2)，涂布轮(2)的上方有传送内袋基材的传送机构，涂布轮(2)的底端浸于胶斗(1)中的液态胶内，涂布轮(2)的顶端接触传送中的内袋基材表面。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的内外袋粘连的双层果袋生产设备的涂胶装置，其特征在于，所述涂布轮(2)接有步进电机，由步进电机控制其提升高度，进而控制涂布轮(2)顶端与内袋基材表面进行点接触或者线接触。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的内外袋粘连的双层果袋生产设备的涂胶装置，其特征在于，所述涂布轮(2)为单轮结构。 
4.根据权利要求1所述的内外袋粘连的双层果袋生产设备的涂胶装置，其特征在于，所述涂布轮(2)为多个轮并排构成的多轮结构。
