本实用新型的目的在于提供一种混胶泵与储胶桶的联接机构，其可以减少接管路径，保证输胶通畅，安装与清洗方便，所述混胶泵与储胶桶的联接机构由混胶泵、混胶泵入、快速接头、PU管、手动阀和储胶桶组成，其特征在于：混胶泵上面的入口处与快速接头连接，储胶桶底端固定连接一个手动阀，手动阀的下端与快速接头连接，两快速接头之间用一段PU管连接。

本实用新型涉及一种混胶泵与储胶桶的联接机构，适用于无溶剂复合工艺中的混胶机构中。
背景技术
随着包装行业的发展，无溶剂复合工艺越来越受到用户的青睐，而对该工艺设备起作决定性作用的混胶机也越来越受到用户的重视。因无溶剂复合用的聚氨酯胶液粘性大，流动性差，导致输胶难度大，输胶管路易堵塞，且胶液易与空气中的水分接触发生反应而导致固化，设备使用完毕后胶液清洗难度大。传统的连接方式中，因储胶桶底部输胶出口到混胶泵管道入口的安装存在偏差问题，导致需要许多弯管和接头来连接胶桶与混胶泵，这样给安装和检修带来不便，维修费用非常高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型混胶泵与储胶桶的联接机构，可以减少接管路径，保证输胶通畅，安装与清洗方便。
为实现上述目的，所述混胶泵与储胶桶的联接方式由混胶泵、混胶泵入口、快速接头、PU管、手动阀和储胶桶组成，其特征在于：混胶泵上面的入口处与快速接头连接，储胶桶底端固定连接一个手动阀，手动阀的下端与快速接头连接，两快速接头之间用一段PU管连接。
作为改进，混胶泵与储胶桶连接距离短，有利于胶液的流动，弥补手动阀的下端与混胶泵上端入口安装偏差问题。
与现有技术相比，解决了储胶桶底部输胶出口到混胶泵管道入口的安装存在偏差问题，减少了输胶的难度，避免了输胶管路堵塞问题，结构简单，安装拆卸方便。

请参考图1所示，本实用新型由混胶泵1、混胶泵入口2、快速接头3、PU管4、手动阀5和储胶桶6组成；混胶泵1上面的入口处2与快速接头3连接，储胶桶6底端固定连接一个手动阀5，手动阀5的下端与快速接头3连接，两快速接头3之间用一段PU管4连接，这种连接方式距离短，有利于胶液的流动，弥补手动阀5的下端与混胶泵1上端入口安装偏差问题。

1.一种混胶泵与储胶桶的联接机构，其由混胶泵、混胶泵入口、快速接头、PU管、手动阀和储胶桶组成，其特征在于：混胶泵上面的入口处与快速接头连接，储胶桶底端固定连接一个手动阀，手动阀的下端与快速接头连接，两快速接头之间用一段PU管连接。
