一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种双玻组件接线盒灌胶支撑架。 
二、背景技术
随着光伏发电领域的转变,我国BIPV系统的研究与开发已取得了很大的发展。“九五”“十五”和“十一五”期间北京、上海、深圳等地相继建成了多个BIPV工程,在生产BIPV时需要安装接线盒,而接线盒灌胶时支撑货架是不可缺少的工具。 
目前在生产BIPV灌胶时由于自身重量比较大,搬运不方便,大多都是利用墙面、货架、设备作为支撑点倚靠。即使倚靠在墙面上由于组件与墙面有斜度,不能保持垂直,灌胶也不能达到很好的效果,不但占据很大的空间而且还存在安全隐患。 
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有工具的不足,提出一种双玻组件接线盒灌胶支撑架。 
本实用新型的目的是这样来实现的:一种双玻组件接线盒灌胶支撑架,包括角铁,半工形角架和货架,货架的上部在长度方向上固定安装有二根平直的角铁,半工形角架按一定的间隙铆合或焊接在角铁上。 
本实用新型可以垂直固定双玻组件,提高灌胶效果。货架搬运方便,占地面积小,组件放置安全可靠。

参照附图,本实用新型一种双玻组件接线盒灌胶支撑架,包括角铁1,半工形角架2和货架3,货架3的上部在长度方向上固定安装有二根平直的角铁1,半工形角架2按一定的间隙铆合或焊接在角铁1上,双玻组件垂直对准推入两个半工形角架2之间的间隙,进行灌胶。本实用新型灌胶后密封胶完全填充满接线盒,占地面积小,组件放置稳定,灌胶方便。
