本实用新型公开了一种吹胀板式LED路灯散热器结构,其散热结构特征在于:由吹胀板组件1、板管式铝基板3、LED2、连接环4及密闭管路中适量液体组成的具有重力热管特性的散热器总成。本实用新型的特点是:由特制板管式铝基板3与吹胀板结构件1组成的热管系统,能迅速将热量传递至吹胀板结构件表面;开有数个圆孔和长条孔的吹胀板结构件1也是灯体的外壳,其能最大限度的与空气进行热量交换。

本实用新型涉及吹胀板式LED路灯散热器结构,这是一种全新的LED散热体系,并采用适当工艺实现了商品化。 
背景技术
由于LED的应用环境越来越广泛,而其工作时产生的热量不仅影响了其光效的发挥,更影响到其长寿命的特点,各厂家所采用的散热方式基本是把贴有LED的基板通过导热硅脂与型材散热器或压铸外壳连接在一起,形成散热系统。这一散热模式严重阻碍了LED照明朝着向更大功率发展的步伐。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,从最基本的传热散热原理分析,设计出了吹胀板式LED路灯散热器结构。 
我们知道,想把LED的结温降低,首先要把LED产生的热量迅速传出,本实用新型在特制的铝基板与吹胀板连接体中,充灌了适量液体形成热管系统,这种热管传热速度是金属材料的十倍以上。其次,热量传到散热端后就需要足够的散热面积将热量与空气交换掉,在散热过程中,我们排除了用风扇强制散热方式。 
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:一种吹胀板式LED路灯散热器结构,散热器结构由吹胀板结构件1、板管式铝基板3、LED2、连接环4及密闭管路中液体组成的散热器构成,所述的一种吹胀板式 LED路灯散热器结构,由LED2产生的热源,由板管式铝基板3上的管路,通过连接环4,与有交叉连管的吹胀板散热器1连接,管中的液体构成完整的散热体系结构。吹胀板结构件1开有数个圆孔和长条孔,同时也构成了灯具外壳。在此结构形式下,我们制作出了同等体积,同等重量下功率超出三倍的灯具,同样成本也变为三分之一。

实施方式 
本实用新型是这样实现的,结合图1-图3,作进一步说明:一种吹胀板式LED路灯散热器结构,该散热器结构由吹胀板结构件1、板管式铝基板3、LED2、连接环4及密闭管路中液体组成的散热器构成,吹胀板结构件1开有数个圆孔和长条孔,同时吹胀板结构件1也构成了灯具的外壳,板管式铝基板3、吹胀板结构件1 均可为任何金属材料;由一个或若干个散热器总成组合与灯具,恒流电源等组合形成灯具,在此结构形式下,可以制作出同等体积,同等重量下功率超出三倍的灯具,同样成本也仅为三分之一。

1.一种吹胀板式LED路灯散热器结构,其特征在于:散热器结构由吹胀板结构件(1)、板管式铝基板(3)、LED(2)、连接环(4)及密闭管路中液体组成的散热器总成;所述的一种吹胀板式LED路灯散热器结构,由LED(2)产生的热源,由板管式铝基板(3)上的管路,通过连接环(4),与有交叉连管的吹胀板散热器(1)连接,管中的液体构成完整的散热体系结构。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种吹胀板式LED路灯散热器结构,其特征在于:所述的吹胀板结构件(1)开有数个圆孔和长条孔,同时也构成了灯具外壳。
