针对现市面上日光灯在使用上的局限性，本实用新型提供一种使用更方便的滑动式日光灯。
本实用新型为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是：
一种滑动式日光灯，其特征在于，包括日光灯、可变电阻和开关，所述可变电阻安装于所述日光灯上，且所述可变电阻连入所述日光灯的灯丝，所述开关通过导线与所述可变电阻连接。

进一步的，绝缘块上刻有荧光条5，设置荧光条5可以保证在黑暗的环境中快速找到开关3。
