一种具有自润滑涂层的汽轮机轴承箱底座,属于金属热加工领域;为了解决所述轴承箱底座下表面的润滑问题,所述轴承箱底座底板加工成型后,首先在钢板滑动侧电镀一层铜,然后在铜镀层上撒上青铜粉或锡青铜粉烧结形成多孔青铜承载层,然后将自润滑填料涂在多孔青铜承载层的青铜骨架或锡青铜骨架上烧结制成自润滑涂层(3),所述自润滑填料成分为聚四氟乙烯粉或包含有所述聚四氟乙烯粉和铅粉的混合粉;此轴承箱底座保证汽轮机机组在启动、运行及停止过程中,轴承箱底座(1)与基础台板(2)之间的润滑性能满足要求。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种具有自润滑涂层的汽轮机轴承箱底座,属于金属热加工领域。
背景技术:
汽轮机机组在启动、运行或停机时,机组部件的温度都要发生很大的变化,导致零部件之间存在一定的温度差,不同工况时,静子和转子的热膨胀量也不一样,存在相对热膨胀差。作为与汽缸连接一起的轴承箱底座必须能够在运行过程中由于零部件膨胀差不同在底座表面上产生滑动,摩擦阻力必须小,不能发生卡涩现象。目前,汽轮机组轴承箱底座底部滑动面采用在轴承箱底座底部或基础台板上开润滑油槽,定期加注高温润滑脂,来改善润滑性能,使轴承箱底座能在配有导向键的基础台板上顺利滑动。但实际上高温润滑脂在运行一段时间后容易在滑动表面硬化干结,严重影响滑动效果,极易导致轴承箱底座在机组启停过程中出现翘头、卡涩现象,造成机组出现振动、轴瓦温度偏高、轴承合金烧坏等事故。
发明内容:
为了解决汽轮机机组在启动、运行及停止过程中,由于各个零部件的热膨胀差不同,导致轴承箱底座在机组启停过程中出现翘头、卡涩现象,造成机组出现振动、轴瓦温度偏高、轴承合金烧坏等事故。本实用新型提供了一种具有自润滑涂层的汽轮机机组轴承箱底座。
汽轮机组轴承箱底座底部滑动面原采用在轴承箱底座底部或基础台板上开润滑油槽,同时在轴承箱底座基础台板上配有导向键的结构。现该轴承箱底座底板采用钢板加工成型后,轴承箱底座底部表面不需要开滑油槽,在所述轴承箱底座1下表面依次具有铜镀层和自润滑涂层3,与基础台板2润滑接触的所述自润滑涂层3包含有多孔青铜承载层;在铜镀层上为由青铜粉或锡青铜粉烧结形成多孔青铜承载层,将自润滑填料涂在所述多孔青铜承载层的球形颗粒青铜骨架上或球形颗粒锡青铜骨架上烧结制成自润滑涂层,所述自润滑填料是由聚四氟乙烯粉或者包含聚四氟乙烯粉的润滑材料粉制成。所述青铜粉或所述锡青铜粉的粒径为180~250微米。所述聚四氟乙烯粉的粒径为130微米。所述铜镀层的厚度为10~25微米。所述多孔青铜承载层的厚度为100~150微米。所述自润滑涂层的厚度为180~200微米。
本实用新型能保证汽轮机机组在启动、运行及停止过程中,轴承箱底座1与基础台板2之间的润滑性能满足要求,避免了由于各个零部件的热膨胀差不同,导致轴承箱底座在机组启停过程中出现翘头、卡涩现象,造成机组出现振动、轴瓦温度偏高、轴承合金烧坏等事故。

具体实施方式:
汽轮机轴承箱底座上表面采用镶嵌168块尺寸为1800mm×190mm×0.98mm薄钢板,在薄钢板1800mm×190mm一面制备自润滑涂层,具体工艺步骤为:首先将薄钢板表面经过化学处理,电镀上一层铜镀层,起到增加涂层与钢板基体结合力的作用,铜镀层的厚度一般控制在10~25微米,再在铜镀层的表面均匀撒上一层粒径为180~250微米的青铜粉(或粒径为180~250微米的锡青铜粉),在一定温度下烧结,使镀层表面形成一层呈现多孔结构的厚度为100~150微米的称为多孔青铜承载层的青铜承载骨架(微观结构下,青铜承载骨架呈现球形颗粒状),最后将按照比例配好的自润滑填料均匀的涂在并压制在青铜承载骨架上,在一定温度下烧结固化后形成自润滑层,所述自润滑涂层的厚度为180~200微米。自润滑填料的组成成份使用如下:
自润滑填料是由粒径为130微米的聚四氟乙烯粉与粒径为150微米的铅粉组成,其重量比例为聚四氟乙烯:铅=9:1。
制备的自润滑涂层必须满足以下性能指标:
1、自润滑涂层与基体所述薄钢板的结合力>70MPa,所述薄钢板弯曲后不能有自润滑涂层脱落;
2、自润滑涂层表面的摩擦系数在0.06~0.12;
3、承载能力:最大静载>280N/mm2,最大动载>130N/mm2
4、自润滑涂层表面粗糙度:Ra0.8~1.6μm。

1.一种具有自润滑涂层的汽轮机轴承箱底座,其特征在于:在所述轴承箱底座(1)下表面依次具有铜镀层和自润滑涂层(3),与基础台板(2)润滑接触的所述自润滑涂层(3)包含有多孔青铜承载层;在铜镀层上为由青铜粉或锡青铜粉烧结形成多孔青铜承载层,将自润滑填料涂在所述多孔青铜承载层的球形颗粒青铜骨架上或球形颗粒锡青铜骨架上烧结制成自润滑涂层,所述自润滑填料是由聚四氟乙烯粉制成。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自润滑涂层的汽轮机轴承箱底座,其特征在于:所述青铜粉或所述锡青铜粉的粒径为180~250微米。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自润滑涂层的汽轮机轴承箱底座,其特征在于:所述聚四氟乙烯粉的粒径为130微米。 
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自润滑涂层的汽轮机轴承箱底座,其特征在于:所述铜镀层的厚度为10~25微米。
