Abstract

本实用新型可调式带锁多孔融合器主要由钛网和可滑移的锁定钢板组成,钛网采用米字格结构形式,其高度可根据术中病变椎体高度由医生用专用工具截取、能满足不同椎体高度的需求;锁定钢板可预先固定在钛网上,与椎体固定后上下各保留2mm的滑移间隙,使整个融合器系统既能稳定有效又能消除应力遮挡。因此本实用新型可调节式带锁多孔融合器在结构上能完美的与上下椎体结合,保证术后更快的愈合,与滑移锁定钢板的配合更能提高融合系统的稳定性、消除应力遮挡。

可调式带锁多孔融合器
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种骨科手术用医疗器械,具体涉及一种用于前路椎体切除减压后进行稳定性重建的可调式带锁多孔融合器。 
背景技术
目前,在治疗椎间盘突出或者骨刺而进行的脊柱减压手术中,在切除部分椎体后需要进行稳定性重建,即恢复脊椎正常的力学支撑状态。采用钛合金加工而成的网状融合器是近年来国外用于脊柱外科的一种新型植骨替代物,该种融合器机械性能卓越,可内填植骨,易发生骨性愈合,且适用范围广,可与各类内固定器配合使用,是一项极有前途的脊柱重建技术。目前已证实钛网的前路重建可恢复脊椎高度和曲度,从而恢复脊柱的正常生物学表现,且生物相容性和组合性好,使用简便,可修补多种大小和形状的椎体缺失。 
随着临床运用的不断增加一些不足之处也逐步体现。在钛网的前路重建中为了提高整体稳定性常与前路钢板配合使用,但由于钢板与钛网彼此独立,不成一整体,故存在术后钛网的沉陷、位移、脱出的风险,严重影响手术效果,甚至危及生命。同时两者均属于坚强内固定器,术后必定产生应力遮挡效应,妨碍骨愈合,从而影响重建效果,且应力遮挡会加速邻近节段的退变。 
发明内容
为解决上述技术中存在的问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种可调式带锁多孔融合器。上述可调式带锁多孔融合器能完全防止钛网沉陷、位移、脱出的风险,还能避免术后应力遮挡的发生,以适用颈椎疾患的前路固定。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是提供一种可调式带锁多孔 融合器,其特征是上述融合器主要由钛网和滑移锁定板组成,钛网采用米字格结构形式;滑移锁定钢板可预先固定在钛网上,滑移锁定钢板设有滑移槽可上下滑移2mm。上述可调式带锁多孔融合器结构简单,其高度可根据术中病变椎体高度由医生用专用工具截取、能满足不同椎体高度的需求,同时可预装与多孔融合器组合成一体的钢板、钢板与椎体的固定可产生滑移,既能防止钛网沉陷、位移、脱出的风险,还能避免术后应力遮挡的发生。 
本实用新型可调式带锁多孔融合器,对照现有技术,其结构简单、加工方便。主要由钛网和可滑移的锁定钢板组成,钛网采用米字格结构形式,高度可根据术中病变椎体高度和终板生理曲度的形状由医生用专用工具截取;锁定钢板可预先固定在钛网上,与椎体固定后上下各保留2mm的滑移间隙,使整个融合器系统既能稳定有效又能消除应力遮挡。因此本实用新型可调节式带锁多孔融合器在结构上能完美的与上下椎体结合,保证术后更快的愈合,与滑移锁定钢板的配合更能提高融合系统的稳定性、消除应力遮挡。

具体实施方式:
结合附图对本实用新型可调式带锁多孔融合器的结构加以说明。 
如附图所示,上述可调式带锁多孔融合器包括钛网(1)、滑移锁定钢板(3)。钛网(1)米字形管状结构,手术时可根据病变椎体高度截取适合的高度,截取端面可形成与相邻椎体终板贴服的生理曲度面(2),滑移锁定钢板(3)设有滑移槽(4)可上下滑移2mm。 
本实用新型可调式带锁多孔融合器是这样实现的: 
在使用本实用新型的椎间融合器时,首先对疾病椎体进行切除减压,在椎体撑开状态下进行减压椎体间隙高度的测量,将钛网(1)截取到合适的高度和曲度,将滑移锁定钢板(3)用锁紧螺钉(5)固定在钛网(1)上,其内放置减压椎体颗粒骨并压实。在椎体撑开状态下将椎间融合器放置入减压椎体间隙内,调整至滑移锁定钢板(3)与上下椎体表面贴服良好。之后将配套的螺钉旋入椎体至螺钉尾部与滑移锁定钢板(3)螺孔完全锁定。

1.一种可调式带锁多孔融合器,其特征是上述融合器主要由钛网和滑移锁定板组成,钛网采用米字格结构形式;滑移锁定钢板可预先固定在钛网上,滑移锁定钢板(3)设有滑移槽(4)可上下滑移2mm。
