Description

本实用新型涉及一种马蹄掌，特别是一种具有掌帮和矮橛的马蹄掌。
现有的马蹄掌是在U形的掌底上打有对称配置的两对掌孔，然后用掌钉把马蹄掌钉在牲畜蹄上。其缺点是马蹄钉易坏，因此需经常更换马蹄掌、费工费时不安全，甚至引起马蹄发炎，并且价格偏高。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种耐用的鞋式马蹄掌，使用更方便，经济更合理。
本实用新型是用如下方式实现的：
在已有的U形马蹄掌掌底上面焊上一付掌帮，在掌帮端部中间部位对称焊上一对紧固鼻，在掌底的下面对称焊上两对矮橛，矮橛上制有内螺纹。在矮橛上拧上掌钉，使用时将该鞋式马蹄掌套在牲畜蹄上后，再在紧固鼻上安好紧固螺栓，并适当拧紧，掌钉可以随时更换。
本实用新型的特点是：只需把鞋式马蹄掌套在畜蹄上紧固好即可，使用方便安全。可以更换掌钉，延长了马蹄掌寿命，经济性更合理。在已有技术上增加了矮橛，牲畜行走不打滑，更适于北方冬季使用。

下面参照附图描述一个实施例：
首先用已有技术制成掌底2，然后用铁板制成掌帮1，再将二个制好的紧固鼻5对称焊接于掌帮1端部的中下部位，制作带内螺纹的矮橛3，并焊接在图示中的位置上，相邻矮橛间距为3－5mm，靠近掌底端头的矮橛距掌底端头的距离4－5mm，将可更换的掌钉拧在矮橛上，然后再将上述的掌帮、掌底焊在一起。使用时，用紧固螺栓6将马蹄掌紧固在畜蹄上即可。

  1. 一种鞋式马蹄掌，有一个U形掌底，其特征在于：
    (1)所述的U形掌底上焊有一付带有紧固鼻的掌帮；
    (2)紧固鼻上装有一颗紧固螺栓；
    (3)掌底下面焊有两对对称配置的带螺孔的矮橛；矮橛上装有掌钉。
