[0004] 燃气用具的发展已有二十多年的历史,燃气热水器也已经历了多次转变。首先是直排式、烟道式,再后来是强排(上抽强排、下鼓强排)、数码恒温强排。到目前为止,可以说产品的安全性及使用性、舒适性均达到了很高的水平。其结构是壳体下部为燃烧室,上部为主换热器。节能和环保是燃气具行业应考虑的首要问题,目前热水器节能尚需提高,成本尚需降低。

[0008] 本实用新型倒置不锈钢夹层冷凝式燃气热水器,壳体下部装有主换热器而上部为燃烧室,燃烧器装在燃烧室内顶部上,壳体底部装有带冷凝水排口的冷凝水盒而顶部有与燃烧室燃烧器相通的带燃气进口和鼓风进口的混气通道,燃烧室周边壳体为双层不锈钢板组成的有水流通道的夹层,水流通道的出口端通过管道与主换热器上的换热管进水端连通,主换热区和冷凝区为一整体,高温烟气在其上部对流放热后再在换热器的下部冷凝放热,在主换热器下部形成的冷凝水也因重力作用和烟气的冲刷流入冷凝水盒集中排出。

[0010] 本实用新型主换热器和燃烧室的整体布局颠覆了传统方式,将燃烧室布置在上部,火焰方向朝下,主换热器也相应颠倒安放在燃烧室的下部。

[0012] 使用本实用新型时燃烧气与空气通过混合通道混合后进入燃烧室的中充分燃烧,经过主换热器进行热的交换,同时在主换热器的下部冷凝后,烟气进入冷凝水盒后再接排烟管道排出。冷水经壳体上部的水流通道预热后再进入主换热器,进行热交换,供生活用水。在主换热器的下部产生的冷凝水,经过自有的重力和烟气的冲刷,收集到下部的冷凝水盒,直接排到污水管内。

1.倒置不锈钢夹层冷凝式燃气热水器,其特征在于壳体下部装有主换热器而上部为燃烧室,燃烧器装在燃烧室内顶部上,壳体底部装有带冷凝水排口的冷凝水盒而顶部有与燃烧室燃烧器相通的带燃气进口和鼓风进口的混气通道,燃烧室周边壳体为双层不锈钢板组成的有水流通道的夹层,水流通道的出口端通过管道与主换热器上的换热管进水端连通。
2.如权利要求1所述的倒置不锈钢夹层冷凝式燃气热水器,其特征在于冷凝水盒上有烟气出口。
