本实用新型涉及一种手提式应急防爆节能LED灯,包括灯壳、防爆玻璃、防爆连接灯线、灯罩、LED灯、灯架、电源箱、电源箱盖、可逆性恒流电源器、接线口,其特征在于灯壳内设置有LED灯,每个LED灯外都设置有灯罩,在灯壳上灯罩的前面设置有防爆玻璃,灯壳设置在灯架上,灯壳通过螺栓与灯架固定连接,灯架设置在电源箱上,电源箱的上面设置有两个灯架,每个灯架上都设置有灯壳,灯壳内的LED灯通过防爆连接灯线与可逆性恒流电源器连接,可逆性恒流电源器设置在电源箱内,电源箱的左右两侧分别设置有接线口,与可逆性恒流电源器连接的导线从接线口伸出,电源箱前面还设置有电源箱盖。本实用新型外形美观,具有节能环保,防水、防腐、防爆、光照持久、密封性好等优点,并且LED灯外采用了防爆玻璃提高了其使用寿命。

背景技术
随着时代的发展对灯具的要求越来越高,同时随着科技的发展,泛光灯具产品已经进入稳定发展阶段,其性能得到进一步开发,与传统光源相比在使用寿命、节能、瞬时启动、混光和调光等方面具有明显的优势,但现有技术中的LED投光灯体积大,不够美观,而且在安全、稳定、使用寿命、抗震、防水等方面需进一步提高,散热问题导致LED投光灯的使用寿命缩短,稳定性差,灯罩防护问题导致LED投光灯在安全、抗震方面性能差,出现故障率高,造成大量的人力和物力浪费,不利于社会的和谐稳定。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种手提式应急防爆节能LED灯,实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:本实用新型的结构包括灯壳、防爆玻璃、防爆连接灯线、灯罩、LED灯、灯架、电源箱、电源箱盖、可逆性恒流电源器、接线口,其特征在于灯壳内设置有LED灯,每个LED灯外都设置有灯罩,在灯壳上灯罩的前面设置有防爆玻璃,灯壳设置在灯架上,灯壳通过螺栓与灯架固定连接,灯架设置在电源箱上,电源箱的上面设置有两个灯架,每个灯架上都设置有灯壳,灯壳内的LED灯通过防爆连接灯线与可逆性恒流电源器连接,可逆性恒流电源器设置在电源箱内,电源箱的左右两侧分别设置有接线口,与可逆性恒流电源器连接的导线从接线口伸出,电源箱前面还设置有电源箱盖,电源箱盖通过螺栓与电源箱固定连接。
本实用新型外形美观,具有节能环保,防水、防腐、防爆、光照持久、密封性好等优点,并且LED灯外采用了防爆玻璃提高了其使用寿命。
