本实用新型涉及到一种节构简单、加工方便的应用到圆织机上的磁推进梭子结构。 
背景技术:
在以往的编织推进过程中由推进轮直接推进梭子上的尾轮,在梭子的前面装有一挡梭轮,由于是普通推进方式,推进轮必须与尾轮相互接触才能推动梭子运动,在推进轮与尾轮,前梭轮与挡梭轮均有经线运动,所以在工作过程中容易造成经线损坏或断裂,给工作过程带来停顿,影响工作效率。 
实用新型内容:
本实用新型主要解决的问题是:提供一种结构简单,操作容易,提高效率,节能的磁推进结构。 
本实用新型的主要特点是:由梭子、磁尾轮、磁推进轮、前磁轮、挡梭磁轮构成,梭子的尾部设置一磁尾轮,其磁尾轮的左下方设置一磁推进轮,梭子的前部设置一前磁轮,其前磁轮的下方设置一挡梭磁轮,其磁尾轮与磁推进轮上安装的N极和S极安装方向一致,前磁轮与挡梭磁轮的N极与S极安装方向相反。 
 本实用新型的有益效果为:提高工作效率,结构简单,充分利用磁性的同极相斥、异极相吸的原理,使磁推进轮在推动磁尾轮的同时相互不接触,同样的原理挡梭磁轮挡住前磁轮也相互不接触,经线在 运动同时不被轮子夹住,减少了工作过程中对经线的伤害。
