目前，在制药企业，糖衣药片进入糖衣锅后，需要向糖衣锅内通入热风，以提高糖衣药片上糖衣结合度，保证糖衣稳定性。现有的做法是每口糖衣锅配备一套送风系统，设备投入较大，送风系统利用率不高；同时，现有的送风系统通常是将一根送风管道直接固定在糖衣锅的锅口部位，热风的启停需要通过热风机的开关来实现，操作不便，且容易造成热风供应的提前或者延迟，影响糖衣药片的质量。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、操作简便和可节约设备投入的糖衣锅送风装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案是：一种糖衣锅送风装置，包括热风机和热风机上的出风管，所述出风管端部连接有布风管，布风管上至少设有两个分风管，分风管上分别设有阀门，分风管端部分别连接有转换风箱，转换风箱上固定设置有吹风管。

如图1和图2所示的糖衣锅送风装置，其包括热风机1和热风机1上的出风管2，在出风管2端部连接有水平设置的布风管3，布风管3上间隔设有分风管4、分风管5、分风管6和分风管7。在分风管4、分风管5、分风管6和分风管7上分别设有阀门8，在分风管4、分风管5、分风管6和分风管7端部分别连接有转换风箱9。在转换风箱9上固设有吹风管10。
本实用新型使用时，启动热风机1，热风通过出风管2进入布风管3内，再经布风管3分流后分别进入分风管4、分风管5、分风管6和分风管7内，最后经转换风箱9和吹风管10吹入糖衣锅内。使用过程中，可根据需要开启或者关闭阀门8，以控制热风启停。
