一种刨丝刀具，主要包括六边框、六边体和刀板，其特征在于：六边框通过连接条固定连接在六边体上，六边体由六块平板和一块底板固定连接组成，每块平板上布置有一块刀板，每块刀板设计有若干个形状大小相同的刀孔，不同的刀板的刀孔形状大小不同。
本实用新型目的和优点在于：设计的每块切丝刀板的刀孔不一样，可根据需要切出不同花样的果蔬，六边框作为手柄，使用更为安全方便，本新型还可当成盆子或篮子，盛放果蔬。本实用新型方便实用，并且其结构简单，成本低廉。
