Abstract

集成电路脉宽与电压双可调直流稳压电源,采用了可调脉宽多谐振荡电路、脉宽与电压控制双联电位器、比较放大电路、调整电路、采样电路、基准稳压电路、滤波电路等技术。通过双联电位器,控制多谐振荡电路脉冲宽度,同时对电压输出实现调压控制。电路中设计了输出电压采样比较放大电路,从而对直流稳压电源输出电压的大小进行控制和调整,又使输出电压达到稳定。该新型直流稳压电源提高了效率、降低了功耗,在低压直流稳压电源领域有一定的推广应用价值。

背景技术
目前市场常用的直流稳压电源,通常为串联型直流稳压电源,该种稳压电源稳压效果较好,但效率低,功耗大,对调整管的要求较高。本发明采用在直流稳压状态下的脉宽控制技术,提高了效率、降低了功耗,有益于推广应用。
发明内容
集成电路脉宽与电压双可调直流稳压,应用于低压直流稳压电源。本发明的内容是,由IC1构成可调脉宽多谐振荡电路,其输出端与IC2构成的比较放大电路的输出端共同连接到调整电路T1的基极。将多谐振荡电路和比较放大电路产生的信号作为控制信号。通过双联电位器,控制调整管,从而对直流稳压电源输出电压的大小进行控制和调整,又使输出电压达到稳定。
本发明解决方案:
集成电路脉宽与电压双可调直流稳压电源,由可调脉宽多谐振荡电路、脉宽与电压控双联电位器、比较放大电路、调整电路、取样电路、基准稳压电路、滤波电路组成。
连接关系为:可调脉宽多谐振荡电路,集成芯片IC1的3脚输出可调脉宽的脉冲电压,接调整电路三极管T1的基极。控制脉宽与电压的双联电位器中的RP2,在比较放大电路中对输出Vo电压取样与控制,其滑动输出接到集成芯片IC2的反相输入端,由基准稳压电路的输出端电阻R4与稳压二极管DZ的负极相连,接集成芯片IC2的同相输入端,经集成芯片IC2比较放大后,由6脚送入调整电路三极管T1的基极,并通过电阻R3接集成芯片IC1的3脚,调整电路三极管T1的发射极接滤波电容C3的正极,同时又接输出电压端子Vo。控制脉宽与电压的双联电位器中的RP1,在脉宽与电压控制电路中对脉宽实现控制,其滑动输出接集成电路芯片IC1的7脚,控制电容C1放电时间,同时接电阻R1下端,控制电容C1充电时间。

具体实施方式
在图1中,输入端子VI接电阻R1、R4的上端,接IC1的4脚与8脚,与集成芯片IC2的7脚、三极管T1的集电极相连。输出端子Vo接三极管T1发射极、电容C3正极及电阻R5上端,R5下端接电位器RP2上端,电位器RP2下端接电阻R6上端。电容C1、C2、C3负极与集成芯片IC1的1脚、集成芯片IC2的7脚及稳压二极管D2负极、电阻R6下端同时接GND。
集成芯片IC1的2脚与6脚相连,接二极管D2负极,接电阻R2下端。电阻R2上端接二极管D1正极。二极管D1负极接电位器RP1左端,电位器RP1右端接二极管D2正极,电位器RP1滑动端接电阻R1下端及集成芯片IC1的4脚。集成芯片IC1的3脚接电阻R3左端。集成芯片IC2的3脚接稳压管DZ负极,同时接电阻R4下端。集成芯片IC2的6脚接三极管T1基极,同时接电阻R3右端。2脚接电位器RP2滑动端。

1.集成电路脉宽与电压双可调直流稳压电源,由可调脉宽多谐振荡电路、脉宽与电压控双联电位器、比较放大电路、调整电路、取样电路、基准稳压电路、滤波电路组成,其特征是:可调脉宽多谐振荡电路,集成芯片IC1的3脚输出可调脉宽的脉冲电压,接调整电路三极管T1的基极,控制脉宽与电压的双联电位器中的RP2,在比较放大电路中对输出Vo电压取样与控制,其滑动输出接到集成芯片IC2的反相输入端,由基准稳压电路的输出端电阻R4与稳压二极管DZ的负极相连,接集成芯片IC2的同相输入端,经集成芯片IC2比较放大后,由6脚送入调整电路三极管T1的基极,并通过电阻R3接集成芯片IC1的3脚,调整电路三极管T1的发射极接滤波电容C3的正极,同时又接输出电压端子Vo,控制脉宽与电压的双联电位器中的RP1,在脉宽与电压控制电路中对脉宽实现控制,其滑动输出接集成电路芯片IC1的7脚,控制电容C1放电时间,同时接电阻R1下端,控制电容C1充电时间。
