一、技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种传感器,特别涉及一种套式柔性拉力传感器。
二、背景技术:拉力传感器作为采集控制点拉力数据的专用器件,在各类自动化控制设备上的应用越来越广泛,目前应用在自动化设备上实现拉力数据采集的传感器主要有两种,一种是压应陶瓷拉力传感器,另一种是机械式的拉力传感器,前者价格昂贵,尺寸不规范互换性差,数据采集分辨率低,不能实现连续柔性控制;后者结构复杂,成本高且测量精度难以保证。
三、发明内容:本实用新型的目的就在于提供一种结构简单,尺寸规范,测量精确度高的传感器——套式柔性拉力传感器。本实用新型的技术解决方案是:所述套式柔性拉力传感器,主要包括外套和套柄,在外套的内腔上端处固定有定块,在外套的内腔下部设置有滑块,在定块与滑块之间设置有弹簧,在滑块上固定有拨叉,拨叉与固定在外套上的电位器相连接。本实用新型设计合理,结构简单,尺寸规范,制造工艺简捷,柔性施力易调、刚性施力易变,具有拉力量程宽阔,采集分辨率高,测量精确度好,使用寿命长的优点,可广泛用于各类设备中,特别适于应用在康复理疗医疗设备上。

五、具体实施方式:参照附图,所述套式柔性拉力传感器,主要包括外套1和套柄2,在外套1的内腔上端处固定有定块3,在外套1的内腔下部设置有滑块4,在定块3与滑块4之间设置有弹簧5,在滑块4上固定有拨叉6,拨叉6与固定在外套1上的电位器7相连接。当外套1随套柄2受到拉力后,滑块4压缩弹簧5移动,并带动拨叉6移动,使得电位器7阻抗变化,电位随之变化,即数据采集完成。
