Abstract

 本实用新型涉及一种节能结构,尤其是一种冰箱节能结构。
背景技术
众所周知,现代家庭家家户户都至少有一个电冰箱,而一般家用冰箱在使用时,往往一会儿拿饮料、一会儿拿蔬果而频繁的开开关关,因此会使冷气不时外泄,造成冷气瞬间巨量流失而使冰箱内部瞬间升温,不但容易加速造成电力的损耗,而且冷藏或冷冻的食品也容易受不良影响。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺点,本实用新型提供了一种冰箱节能结构,该冰箱节能结构令冰箱开门时,位于冷藏室的冷气能以最佳的阻挡结构防止冷气外泄,提升冰箱节能省电之效果。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种冰箱节能结构,包含若干上、下平行分层设置于冰箱冷藏室内的隔板以及透明的挡板,将每一挡板利用一体成型的枢组结构枢固结合于该隔板的外端处,令挡板以隔板外端作转动的轴点,由上往下作90度的枢摆翻动,防止冰箱开门时冷气外泄,其中枢组结构一体成型于该隔板及挡板上时,于该隔板外侧端中段适当处凸设枢卡部,而该挡板对应该枢卡部的端侧位置凹设有枢嵌部,并分别于枢卡部及枢嵌部轴向的中心内缘贯穿第一枢孔、第二枢孔,令枢嵌部嵌组于隔板的枢卡部时,可利用枢杆穿设第一枢孔、第二枢孔而将隔板及挡板枢组固定,进而令挡板可相对隔板作90度的枢摆翻动,该挡板上端一侧的端角处可形成缺口,方便使用者透过缺口扳动挡板向下摆动位移,挡板作90度角的扳动位移时,可于隔板底面前端相邻该枢卡部的适当处凸设有容置座,并于容置座对应外侧面的位置固设磁性体,容置座的上端适当处凹设有容置槽,可放置金属片,令挡板枢转摆动至90度位置时,能透过该金属片与上方对应的磁性体吸附而固定角度位置。 
本实用新型的有益效果是,一种冰箱节能结构,该冰箱节能结构令冰箱开门时,位于冷藏室的冷气能以最佳的阻挡结构防止冷气外泄,提升冰箱节能省电之效果。

具体实施方式
在图中,一种冰箱节能结构1,包含若干上、下平行分层设置于冰箱4冷藏室内的隔板2,以及透明的挡板3,将每一挡板3利用一体成型的枢组结构枢固结合于该隔板2的外端处,令挡板3以隔板2外端作转动的轴点,由上往下作90度的枢摆翻动,防止冰箱4开门时冷气外泄,其中枢组结构一体成型于该隔板2及挡板3上时,于该隔板2外侧端中段适当处凸设枢卡部5,而该挡板3对应该枢卡部5的端侧位置凹设有枢嵌部6,并分别于枢卡部5及枢嵌部6轴向的中心内缘贯穿第一枢孔7、第二枢孔8,令枢嵌部6嵌组于隔板2的枢卡部5时,可利用枢杆9穿设第一枢孔7、第二枢孔8而将隔板2及挡板3枢组固定,进而令挡板3可相对隔板2作90度的枢摆翻动,该挡板3上端一侧的端角处可形成缺口10,方便使用者透过缺口10扳动挡板3向下摆动位移,挡板3作90度角的扳动位移时,可于隔板2底面前端相邻该枢卡部5的适当处凸设有容置座11,并于容置座11对应外侧面的位置固设磁性体12,容置座11的上端适当处凹设有容置槽13,可放置金属片14,令挡板3枢转摆动至90度位置时,能透过该金属片14与上方对应的磁性体12吸附而固定角度位置。

1.一种冰箱节能结构,包含若干上、下平行分层设置于冰箱冷藏室内的隔板以及透明的挡板,其特征在于:将每一挡板利用一体成型的枢组结构枢固结合于该隔板的外端处,其中枢组结构一体成型于该隔板及挡板上,隔板外侧端中段适当处凸设枢卡部,挡板对应该枢卡部的端侧位置凹设有枢嵌部,并分别于枢卡部及枢嵌部轴向的中心内缘贯穿第一枢孔、第二枢孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱节能结构,其特征在于:所述挡板上端一侧的端角处可形成缺口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱节能结构,其特征在于:所述隔板底面前端相邻该枢卡部的适当处凸设有容置座,并于容置座对应外侧面的位置固设磁性体,容置座的上端适当处凹设有容置槽,可放置金属片。
