【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种安装于油箱底部的油箱放油螺塞。
【背景技术】
箱内的机油需要定期进行更换，油箱的底部设置放油孔，放油孔由放油螺塞进行堵住，当需更换油箱内的机油时，只要旋下放油螺塞然后放出机油即可，油箱内的机油在长时间使用后，不可避免会将机油润滑系统中的污垢带入到油箱内，这些污垢在油箱内由于得不到很好的沉淀，会重新进入机油润滑系统中，不仅容易堵塞进油滤网，而且容易对滤网造成损坏。还有，目前的油箱放油螺塞均为实心的闷头结构，不利于材料的节省。
【发明内容】
针对现有技术的不足，本实用新型的目的是在于提供一种结构简单、节省材料，能起到吸附和存储油箱内污垢的作用，有利于油箱内机油清洁的油箱放油螺塞。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实施的：
油箱放油螺塞，具有外六角头和螺纹塞体，螺纹塞体朝上，外六角头朝下，其特征在于：油箱放油螺塞设有贯穿外六角头和螺纹塞体中心的轴向通孔，轴向通孔的底部由永磁块进行堵住。永磁块的底部还设有密封件对所述轴向通孔进行封堵。
采用上述技术方案的油箱放油螺塞，有益效果是：1.轴向通孔的设置节省了放油螺塞的用料，使结构简单；2.轴向通孔底部永磁块的设置能将油箱内的污垢进行磁性吸附，有利于油箱内机油的清洁；3.在放油螺塞安装后，轴向通孔在油箱底部会形成一个沉淀腔，油箱内那些不被永磁块磁性吸附的污垢会在沉淀腔内得到沉淀和存储，防止这些污垢重新进入到机油润滑系统中，有利于油箱内机油的清洁；4.永磁块底部密封件的设置，可确保放油螺塞的轴向通孔不会产生漏油。

如图所示，本实用新型的油箱放油螺塞，具有外六角头2和螺纹塞体1，螺纹塞体1朝上，外六角头2朝下，油箱放油螺塞设有贯穿外六角头2和螺纹塞体1中心的轴向通孔3，轴向通孔3的底部由永磁块4进行堵住，永磁块4的底部还设有密封件5对所述轴向通孔3进行封堵，密封件5采用塑料材料，用胶水粘接固定在轴向通孔3内。

1.油箱放油螺塞，具有外六角头和螺纹塞体，螺纹塞体朝上，外六角头朝下，其特征在于：油箱放油螺塞设有贯穿外六角头和螺纹塞体中心的轴向通孔，轴向通孔的底部由永磁块进行堵住。
2.如权利要求1所述的油箱放油螺塞，其特征在于：永磁块的底部还设有密封件对所述轴向通孔进行封堵。
