Abstract
一种液压钻机摆臂动作安全装置,是于臂架上设置行程开关,且该行程开关与该液压钻机的PLC控制器相连接。由于行程开关的增设,在液压钻机臂架摆至极限位置时,行程开关能动作,发送信号给PLC控制器,从而控制摆臂电磁阀,使臂架停止摆臂,可确保人身及设备安全。

背景技术
目前,由于液压钻机摆臂动作时无行程限位装置,致使臂架工作摆至极限位置时,极易危及人身和设备安全。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种可于液压钻机臂架工作时对其行程进行限位的液压钻机摆臂动作安全装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一种液压钻机摆臂动作安全装置,该装置包括与摆臂电磁阀相连接的PLC控制器,其特点是,还包括行程开关,该行程开关设于所述液压钻机的臂架上,且该行程开关与该PLC控制器相连接。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:由于行程开关的增设,在液压钻机臂架摆至极限位置时,行程开关能动作,发送信号给PLC控制器,控制臂架停止摆臂,可确保人身及设备安全。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型为一种液压钻机摆臂动作安全装置,该装置包括行程开关1,该行程开关1设于液压钻机的臂架(图中未示)上,且该行程开关1与该液压钻机的PLC控制器2相连接,该PLC控制器2与摆臂电磁阀3相连接。
加装行程开关1后,利用行程开关1作为信号源。当液压钻机臂架摆至极限位置时,行程开关1动作,发送信号给PLC控制器2,PLC控制器2关闭摆臂输出,摆臂电磁阀3断电,从而臂架停止摆臂动作,可确保人身及设备安全。

1.一种液压钻机摆臂动作安全装置,该装置包括与摆臂电磁阀(3)相连接的PLC控制器(2),其特征在于,还包括行程开关(1),该行程开关(1)设于所述液压钻机的臂架上,且该行程开关(1)与该PLC控制器(2)相连接。
