目前,铝电解电容器用负极铝箔的腐蚀及化成,均采用在腐蚀槽高温(100℃~108℃)腐蚀。腐蚀后需对铝箔进行喷淋清洗。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种铝电解电容器用负极铝箔清洗装置。
本实用新型是采用如下技术方案实现其发明目的的,一种铝电解电容器用负极铝箔清洗装置,它包括滚筒支架,滚筒支架上设有喷淋管,喷淋管上设有喷水孔。
为提高清洗压力,本实用新型所述喷淋管的管径为10㎜~20㎜,喷水孔的孔径为0.2㎜~0.5㎜。
为节约用水,本实用新型所述喷淋管的喷淋长度为铝箔宽度的1.05倍~1.1倍。
由于采用上述技术方案,本实用新型较好的实现了发明目的,结构简单,清洗压力大,效果好,大大提高了产品的质量。

由图1可知,一种铝电解电容器用负极铝箔清洗装置,它包括滚筒支架2,滚筒支架2上设有喷淋管1,喷淋管1上设有喷水孔3。
为提高清洗压力,本实用新型所述喷淋管1的管径为10㎜~20㎜(本实施例为15㎜),喷水孔3的孔径为0.2㎜~0.5㎜(本实施例为0.3㎜)。
为节约用水,本实用新型所述喷淋管1的喷淋长度为铝箔宽度的1.05倍~1.1倍(本实施例为1.06倍)。
本实用新型使用时,为防止喷淋管1的变形,喷淋管1采用PVC加厚管;钻孔时,为防止有PVC屑堵住孔,反复2次~3次。喷淋管1的一头用堵头封住,另一端与进水管紧配合,以防止因水压力过大,而使喷淋管1脱落。本实用新型清洗压力大,可充分对铝箔腐蚀后残留物的冲洗,效果好,大大提高了产品的质量。

2.根据权利要求1所述的铝电解电容器用负极铝箔清洗装置,其特征是所述喷淋管(1)的喷淋长度为铝箔宽度的1.05倍~1.1倍。
