背景技术
目前，对于手指、脚趾骨损伤病人使用的固定方式主要有夹板固定、石膏绑带或低温热塑性绷带固定，存在的问题是：夹板形状不可塑，难以紧贴手指或脚趾的受伤部位，固定和支撑效果差；石膏或低温热塑性绷带虽然可以很好的与骨损伤部位贴合，但操作前需要先将绷带浸湿或加热，然后一层层的缠绕在手指或脚趾上，操作麻烦。
同时，骨骼愈合的过程中，由于骨科夹板或医用石膏对不能被拆卸，即不能对骨骼部位进行直接用药，一般只能采用内用药物来辅助治疗。这种治疗存在病程长，骨骼愈合慢的缺点，并且内用药物具有一定的副作用，不利于人体健康。

如图1、2所示，本实用新型包括夹板，所述的夹板包括上夹板1和下夹板2，所述上夹板1板体上设有束带3，所述束带3上设有尼龙搭扣4，在对骨折部位进行固定时只需要将上下两夹板扣合在患处，然后通过束带3固定即可。 
所述夹板内侧设有垫层5，所述垫层5包括海绵软垫层7和敷药层8，在固定骨折部位的基础上，还可通过药物对骨折部位进行局部直接治疗，达到活血、化瘀、收敛、促愈合等功效，从而缩短骨折愈合时间，减少患者的医疗费用。
