为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：具有纱帘和遮阳帘的天窗，包括左框、右框、上罩壳、下罩壳、帘布和管状电机，左框、右框、上罩壳和下罩壳围构成基本框架，管状电机位于上罩壳内，所述帘布分为遮阳帘布和纱帘布，遮阳帘布和纱帘布之间通过滑动条连接，遮阳帘布上端穿过上罩壳并绕卷在管状电机的筒壳外，纱帘布下端绕卷在卷管上，卷管内设有软簧，管状电机两端分别通过上罩壳盖板与上罩壳连接，卷管两端分别弹簧固定件与左框和右框连接。
