Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种水库排流口清理装置,包括一主导轨机构、一清淤导架、一坝顶台架及一抓斗。主导轨机构包括二间隔对应平行的轨条,且设于邻近水库排流口闸门上方大坝的大坝壁。清淤导架设于主导轨机构上方大坝的大坝壁,其由若干支架所构成。坝顶台架亦设于清淤导架上方,且坝顶台架设有至少一绞盘及卷绕于绞盘的钢索,该钢索并连动一抓斗,抓斗则沿主导轨机构往下到底抓取淤积物后再上升回水面。坝顶台架上设有一配重块,可经由钢索连结于绞盘。本实用新型有效清理水库排流口淤积物,使水库正常工作,保护环境。

 本实用新型涉及一种水库,尤其是一种水库排流口清理装置。
背景技术
水库淤积问题越来越严重,台风与雨水带来的大量土石流,正在以极快的速度淤积在水库排流口的闸门附近。一般水库比较深,且两边侧壁比较陡和滑,不容易清理淤积物。等淤积物累计到一定程度时,会导致阀门无法打开,若是清空水库的水再清理淤积,不利于环境保护。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中的缺陷,本实用新型提供了一种水库排流口清理装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:本实用新型提供了一种水库排流口清理装置,包括一主导轨机构、一清淤导架、一坝顶台架及一抓斗。
主导轨机构包括二间隔对应平行的轨条,且设于邻近水库排流口闸门上方大坝的大坝壁。清淤导架设于主导轨机构上方大坝的大坝壁,其由若干支架所构成。坝顶台架亦设于清淤导架上方,且坝顶台架设有至少一绞盘及卷绕于绞盘的钢索,该钢索并连动一抓斗,抓斗则沿主导轨机构往下到底抓取淤积物后再上升回水面。坝顶台架上设有一配重块,可经由钢索连结于绞盘。
本实用新型的有益效果是:有效清理水库排流口淤积物,使水库正常工作,保护环境。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型提供了一种水库排流口清理装置,包括一主导轨机构1、一清淤导架2、一坝顶台架3及一抓斗4。
主导轨机构1包括二间隔对应平行的轨条,且设于邻近水库排流口闸门11上方大坝5的大坝壁6。清淤导架2设于主导轨机构1上方大坝5的大坝壁6,其由若干支架7所构成。坝顶台架3亦设于清淤导架2上方,且坝顶台架3设有至少一绞盘8及卷绕于绞盘8的钢索9,该钢索9并连动一抓斗4,抓斗4则沿主导轨机构1往下到底抓取淤积物后再上升回水面。坝顶台架3上设有一配重块10,可经由钢索连结于绞盘8。
在实施操作时,大坝5的大坝壁6支撑着清淤导架2及坝顶台架3,而坝顶台架3上的绞盘8吊挂着抓斗4,沿着清淤导架2下滑至主导轨机构1,再沿着主导轨机构1下抓淤积物。随后,坝顶台架3以绞盘8卷绕钢索9,由钢索9连动抓斗4沿主导轨机构1,将抓斗4拉回到坝顶台架3,并将淤积倒于台车或砂石车。

1.一种水库排流口清理装置,包括一主导轨机构、一清淤导架、一坝顶台架及一抓斗,其特征是:主导轨机构包括二间隔对应平行的轨条,且设于邻近水库排流口闸门上方大坝的大坝壁;清淤导架设于主导轨机构上方大坝的大坝壁,其由若干支架所构成;坝顶台架亦设于清淤导架上方,且坝顶台架设有至少一绞盘及卷绕于绞盘的钢索,该钢索并连动一抓斗;抓斗则沿主导轨机构往下到底抓取淤积物后再上升回水面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征是:坝顶台架上设有一配重块,可经由钢索连结于绞盘。
