Abstract

本实用新型提供一种能够在制作过程中简单、节省材料人工和容易安装的可拆式储料仓，它是将一般的储料仓分为四个等分，每个等分再分为冒顶、筒体A、筒体B和下锥四周边缘分别焊上角钢法兰，每个部件使用模具制作，打磨、除锈、喷漆、校正，发往现场在角钢法兰接合面加带孔橡胶密封垫使用螺栓连接角钢法兰即可。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种适用于混凝土生产等领域的储料仓，是一种能够根据使用者的需求，现场直接用螺栓拼接而成的实用储料仓。 
背景技术
目前，公知的储料仓构造是完全焊接形成的，因此很多人在制作时需要很大的场地、电压等设施、设备；特殊情况下需要搬迁时，则需要整个拖运，无法拖运的，则是切割变为废材料；然而，有些情况下现场没有良好的制作环境，但这时只能待客户创造出完全符合制作条件的情况下才能进场制作，费时费力费材料，同时污染环境。 
针对上述不足，本申请人研制了一种新型的实用储料仓，将储料仓的结构进行了改进，使仓体分为四个等分，每个等分再分为四个部分，每个部分边缘四周使用角钢法兰，在工厂内制作好为半成品，这样在现场直接用螺栓连接即可，解决了现场制作要求场地大、用电负荷大、工期长、易拆卸安装的难题。 
实用新型内容
为了克服现有的储料仓安装制作中不能够有效的节省现场制作场地、易拆卸安装、用电负荷等设施设备和给予混凝土生产等领域带来便利，本实用新型提供一种储料仓，该储料仓不仅能够在场地小、无电压的情况下安装，而且此储料仓能够拆卸、环保、节约材料。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：在安装制作储料仓的的结构中，摒弃原来现场焊接一体的储料仓，而采用了弧形筒片，使得在安装过程中快速、简单。 
将储料罐等分为四个等分；每个等分再分为四个部分：冒顶(如下图①)、筒体A(如下图②)、筒体B(如下图③)、下锥(如下图④)。冒顶，使用一层筒体钢板及四分之一冒顶板制作，边缘处使用角钢固定，分别在角钢边上打 上适量的螺孔；筒体A，上、下、左、右均使用角钢，且在角钢边上打上适量的螺孔，中间每两层筒体钢板连接处使用弧形槽钢连接；筒体B，使用半层筒体钢板及部分锥片板制作，边缘处使用角钢固定，分别在角钢边上打上适量的螺孔；下锥，整体只用钢板制作椎体，在锥上部使用角钢圈，在角钢边上打上适量的螺孔；每个部分使用模具制作，打磨、除锈、喷漆、校正。发往现场直接用螺栓连接每个弧形筒片即可。 
本实用新型的有益效果是，采用工厂化流水作业，优化了结构形式，保证了产品质量，在储料仓安装时，能有效的节省现场制作场地、易拆卸安装，便于解体搬迁回归原样，从而轻巧的节省了人力和时间，结构简单。

具体实施方式
为了使本实用新型实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解，下面结合具体图示，进一步阐述本实用新型。 
在图2中，使用角钢、弧形槽钢、筒体钢板、扇形冒顶板拼接，且在角钢边上打上适量的螺孔，制作出冒顶(如下图①)；使用角钢、弧形槽钢、筒体钢板拼接，且在角钢边上打上适量的螺孔，制作出筒体A(如下图②)；使用角钢、弧形槽钢、筒体钢板、部分锥体板拼接，且在角钢边上打上适量的螺孔，制作出筒体B(如下图③)；使用角钢圈，锥体板焊接，且在角钢边上打上适量的螺孔，制作出下锥体(如下图④)。 
本项实用新型专利为一种储料仓，它克服了普通储料仓无法在场地小、无电力的情况下安装的不足，并充分考虑到安装制作者对储料仓的要求，采用了角钢法兰连接的方式。通过以上思路实现了根据安装制作者的需求，增强了储料仓的实用性，更加体现出人性化。

1.一种可拆式储料仓，其特征在于：将储料仓的仓体分为四个等分，每个等分再分为冒顶、筒体A、筒体B和下锥顺序使用螺栓连接，冒顶、筒体A、筒体B和下锥四周边缘分别焊上角钢法兰。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的可拆式储料仓，其特征在于：所述筒体A为六连体制造。
